About Vacasa, CA - Inland Empire Local Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Great location

  • 3 of 5

The house is in a great location - within walking distance to the village. House is also in decent condition, and is well equipped with towels, kitchen utensils, and such. However, the house keeping condition was quite poor. The floors were very dirty, especially the upstairs bathroom, and the kitchen table had not been cleaned off, it was covered in food crumbs. Otherwise, great location!

Owner's Response: We’re sorry this guest had a less-than-perfect experience in this home. The floors have a mottled color, and we’ve addressed concerns about cleanliness with our staff.

The furniture, carpeting are unbearable. Very fitly You can not imagine how dirty

and old it is. In order to sleep at night you'll have a comfortable bed with very clean

linen but you be sleeping on the top of a jet engine. I mean an old cloncking and

brain drilling heater that makes noise all night. and you better be under 6 feet because the first floor seeing will cave you.

Not bad

  • 3 of 5

The location is great. Very close to every thing. The balcony is huge and nice bedrooms.

My only problem was the house is very very dark. The lighting is horrible. And the light fixtures are not bright enough. The sofa looked really dirty and one of them the inside was coming out.

Great Location Near the Village

  • 4 of 5

Our family had our annual trip up to Big Bear for several days to enjoy the colder temperatures and snow activities and this year used VRBO to find a convenient home near the restaurants and shops of Big Bear Village. We had a wonderful time! The home offered a bedroom for my wife and I, a room with 2 beds for the boys, and a 3rd BR for my daughter. The home was quaint with a Christmas tree and holiday decorations. The key benefit to this property was location, location, location. While we were up there, there was snow and freezing rain, so being able to walk to the village was important. The amenities in the home are old - appliances, etc - but it is was clean and well-maintained. Our stay was very comfortable and when we had a question, we were able to get our answer very quickly. So, the customer service was fabulous. Will definitely stay again!
