With fabulous views both of the sea and large pool this westerly facing third floor 1 bed duplex apartment also has views of Mount Tiede from the balcony. Ideally situated in the quieter part of Playa de las Americas with the beach, restaurants and bars situated right on your doorstep. This private complex has a lot to offer with its huge pool with adjoining childrens pool, sun terrace and bar serving food and drink. The pool area is beautifully landscaped and maintained making this the perfect destination for both families and couples alike. Not suitable for 18-30 type holidays.

This one bedroom third floor duplex apartment will sleep two adults and two children and has some of the best sea and pool views, together with views of La Gomera and Mount Teide. Apartment is well equipped with an open plan kitchen/lounge. The kitchen has a full size cooker, microwave, hob, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster and all the necessary crockery, pots and pans. An iron and ironing board are also provided. The lounge/dining area has table and chairs, two bed sofas, flat screen television with some English channels including Sky Sports, ITV etc. There is wireless internet access available in the complex. The lounge leads through patio doors to the balcony with balcony table and chairs and clothes airer and sun canopy. Fantastic views of the sunset can be enjoyed here.

Upstairs is the bedroom with two single beds and large walk in wardrobe. The bedroom leads to the adjoining bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin and washing machine

A real gem of an apartment

The apartment was spot on, totally functional with everything needed for short or long stay. Its location and amazing sea views are the apartments real strengths, you’ll struggle to find better for a similar price.

My only word of warning is it’s a 3rd floor apartment without a lift, not a problem for me I could do with the exercise, but my wife wasn’t as philosophical after after an evening meal and few drinks. However it wouldn’t put us off returning if we were lucky enough to secure another booking, you’ll see from the availability it’s extremely in demand, unsurprisingly.

The owner was very easy to deal with and provided a detailed itinerary and really useful synopsis of the complex and surrounding area prior to our departure.

Stunning views was an apt name. Great views of the sea, pool area and a sideways view of the mountains. The apartment is in a great location; with the amenities, you need close at hand. The service and cleanliness were very good. The apartment has all that you need to enjoy your holiday; including English TV channels and a washing machine. I would book this apartment again. My only negatives are that the complex does not have a lift and the apartment is on the 2nd floor and a minor negative is the fridge has a freezer box and is not a fridge/freezer

Yes the lack of a lift in our block would be a problem for the less active person but for most it presents no problem and guests appreciate the views you get on this floor If we could fit in a larger fridge/freezer we would but unfortunately the size of the kitchen doesn't allow for this. Always good to hear feedback from guests

Just perfect!

We love Parque Santiago 1 & 2 as they are well maintained and ideally situated for the seafront. Teresa's apartment was ideal for the 2 of us and was spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly want. We're no spring chickens but the stairs are no problem, and at least gave us a bit of exercise after lazing by the pool all day. Having said that we did have lunch at the poolside bar instead of trudging back to the apartment, and the food was good and reasonably priced. Rene at the small shop is also very helpful and took us to the airport on our last day. The weather was a lot warmer than the UK but wasn't relentlessly hot; if it had been then the shady balcony would have been welcomed. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and this year we noticed that many of them were offering a 3 course menu for 10 euros.

Very nice apartment with beutifull view !

The apartment was very nice and special because of the second half floor.

You can stand in the upper floor and look down in the living room.

We slept very good because it was very silent and excellent beds.

The apartment had everything we needed.

To bad you had to pay 5 Euro pr person for renting sunbeds by the pool. And it was not allowed to lay on the grass. The apartment is also in the shadow all day. But we really enjoyed our stay !!

The hire charge for sun beds is unfortunately out of our control but there are often sunbed type cushions in apartment which guests are welcome to use. Yes the apartment doesn’t get much sun in December but depending on time of year does benefit from late lunch/mid afternoon sun and then beautiful sunsets . I think these guests found the apartment to their liking and we thank them for their kind words
