About Joanne Reynolds

We adore Conwy - Wales' best kept secret- and love to share our cosy house with friends and guests. It is a home from home, so there shouldn't be anything that is missing, apart from a cot/ high chair as we have moved on from that stage. Sometimes we eat in the great local restaurants eg Watsons, the Raj, the Mulberry and sometimes buy ready for the oven food from the famous Edwards of Conwy, and sometimes we bring our own food and cook , as we enjoy cooking and we have made the kitchen very well equipped.

We live in a busy town and love getting away to the seaside to enjoy relaxing by walking, hiking and golf.

Joanne Reynolds purchased this house in 2004

Why Joanne Reynolds chose Conwy

We bought this house as we knew and loved North Wales and the development had been really beautifully done, with contrasting styles and pastel colours. The houses were built with Conwy mountain as a backdrop and facing Deganwy Marina across the Conwy estuary. The on site facilities are very good.

The house is clean, smart and bright and we update it every year. We LOVE it and when its not rented out we use it ourselves.

We keep the prices competitive because we appreciate that people like value for money.

What makes this house unique

It is a great centre from which to explore the North Wales countryside, either on foot or by car.

There is golf and a beach on the doorstep, and a restaurant and shop on site. There is also a public slipway if you have a boat or jet ski.

We listen to our clients and upgrade the property in some way every year.

We are proud to say we have many return clients.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Our first time in Wales and what a fantastic country. The area is lovely and the locals were so friendly. We went to lots of places and each one was brilliant. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. We felt so relaxed here.

On our last day we even had an old welsh gentleman singing a scottish song for us and what a voice he had.

Kind regards

Great location if you can zone out of traffic noise at night

  • 4 of 5

The house is in a great location for getting about - you can walk to central Conwy along a beautiful waterfront path - and easily explore the area by road. Having Sky TV and wifi was super-helpful for keeping kids entertained and planning the next day's excursions. There's everything you could want or need. The only downside for light sleepers like me was the traffic noise from the A55 which rumbles on seemingly all night. I got used to it after a couple of days though. Joanne was very helpful with everything and we had a wonderful family holiday exploring the areas stunning beaches and mountains. A holiday to treasure.

Really nice stay but not enough time to do everything !

  • 5 of 5

House was very nice, everything you could want and expect (plus more!) We didn't have time to do all the things on our list so if we return, we'd definitely book here again. Thanks

Lovely house, good location highly recommended

  • 5 of 5

We would recommend this property, it is a good size for a family. We had a great time and would return. The bonus of having Sky and the wifi was really helpful to us on poor weather days. The bedrooms were a good size and the kitchen well equipped. The location for conwy was great. The nights were peaceful. The owner is excellent at communicating with you.

Would give 10/10 for the value of this property.

Lovely Christmas Break

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here over Christmas, the house was lovely and clean when we arrived. Everything was in really good order with plenty of books and games for the children as well as information books about the local area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook a Christmas dinner! There were even bikes in the garage and a laundry room. Perfect location for the local town and access to the beach. A lovely stay, we will be back!

Lovely cottage, has everything you need, very close to the marina and the A55. A little bit of traffic noise can be heard from the front bedroom.

Superb Well Appointed Cottage

  • 5 of 5

Exactly as described this cottage is the perfect holiday base for this area. Everything was spick and span and it could not have been better. Communications and information from the owner were excellent. We absolutely loved staying at Seibiant and it was the icing on the cake for our stay. So often the wifi doesn't work, or the tv doesn't have the advertised channels, and sometimes the curtains don't even cover the windows. But everything here was exactly as described, and even better. We especially liked finding blackout blinds in the bedrooms as so often there is a light problem with early rising children! No such problems here. Apart from the excellent Welsh Mountain Zoo, and of course Great Orme, we would also like to mention the individual shops in Conwy. We especially liked the bakers, and Edwards the delicatessen. A short stroll from the cottage there is a well stocked convenience store, next to the Mulberry pub/restaurant on the Marina. Also a few minutes stroll in the other direction, just beyond the Marina, there is your own sandy beach, and walks. Perfection, and very many sincere thanks to the owners.

Notes:
Our Conwy holiday cottage is a real home-from-home. Many guests have valued the proximity of the golf course- there is no need to take your car. Others have taken the opportunity to bring their boats as there is a public slipway at the end of the road. Families with young children have very much enjoyed the beach which is an easy walk even for young ones. Children have loved crabbing from the edge of the jetty, but we would urge their parents to keep close by as the water is very deep. The are some buckets, spades and a beach mat in the laundry room Guests have noticed that the kitchen is very well equipped - we love cooking ourselves so would be surprised if we had forgotten anything. For TV addicts there is a substantial Sky package including Sport channels and Sky plus..free WIFI with excellent service.
