This family-owned home is situated on the east side of Buzzards Bay in North Falmouth. The house sits in front of a 150 ft wide private beach, across the Wild Harbor channel from New Silver Beach. Built in 1923, it is a classic beach house that contains all the modern amenities, including a full service kitchen, two waterfront-facing porches, and an outside shower. Six bedrooms on the second floor: the beige, pink, blue and cream rooms face the water, while the green and violet rooms face the woods. Living room has stone fireplace, dining room can sit up to 16 guests, and the sunroom has the best water views of Wild Harbor and Buzzards Bay. There are two bathrooms upstairs, half bath downstairs, and two showers (one inside, one outside). By car, the house is located 15 min to downtown Falmouth, 20 min to Woods Hole (where one can catch the steamship to Martha's Vineyard) and 40 min to Hyannis. Great spot for further exploration of Cape Cod including the dunes of Orleans, the national seashore, and Provincetown.
