Located in a private gated community at Calahonda with direct access to the Luna Beach (recently awarded a blue flag) and beach restaurant, this lovely apartment is an ideal family holiday location. The complex has 2 large pools and 2 children's pools with ample areas for sunbathing. Shops, restaurants and bars, and the beautiful port of Cabopino are all within easy walking distance. A convenient bus service to Marbella, Fuengirola and other local resorts is easily accessed at the front of the complex, for those not wishing to drive. The apartment is comfortably furnished with a large living area including 2 sofas and 2 chair beds. Open kitchen/dining area with dining table and six chairs, hob, fridge, mini-fridge and microwave. Large bathroom (shower over bath). Air Conditioning and heating are fitted and other facilities include Flat Screen TV, DVD, with UK satellite and a washing machine.

Sports facilities: The Costa Del Sol is a Golfers Paradise with dozens of fantastic courses within easy reach, Cabopino is less than a mile away. Tennis is available within Calahonda and Miraflores. Skiing (Sierra Nevadas - Nov - Apr) sailing, diving and all sorts of water sports are all readily available in the area.

A lovely spacious apartment with great sea views and everything you need on your doorstep. The apartment was spotlessly clean and Catherine, the owner, went out of her way to help us out when we had some problems with our transfers. All in all a great holiday which I would thoroughly recommend.

amazing beach location

lovely spacious apartment right on the beach. Had a lovely patio which was a great sun trap all day. Ideal for your coffee in the morning and then a pre dinner drink with a view of the med. Shops and restaurants just over the bridge was nice to sit in the square having lunch or a late breakfast. Plenty of room around both pools in well kept grounds. Only draw back is you need to take your own lounger or just a towel to lay on the grass. Although the apartment is right on the main road as you are at the back of the block or at the pool nearest the beach you would not know it was there - although a bonus as you have bus stops for either direction right outside so a cheap way of getting about on your doorstep. Lovely food and cocktails at the beach bar and if you plan on hiring sun beds either go down early or pre book as it does get busy. Work is being done on the beach building a walkway in both directions which will be amazing when it is finished. We had a great stay there and would definitely go back and recommend to my friends and family. Catherine the owner was very helpful and provided great customer service along with Tina from solfinder.

Owner's Response: The walkway in both directions along the beach will certainly make places such as the beautiful Puerto Cabopino, with its great restaurants and bars a lot easier to get to on foot.

Fantastic. Perfect for our family. Will 100% visit again.

This property is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. It was plenty big enough for me, my partner and our 4children. The beach and pool are liturally Down a staircase, and small supermarkets and shops are only a short walk away, making it easy for us to stock the appartment with all we needed for the week. It's close local restaurants and bars for dinner in the evenings and if you prefer more of a nightlife then taxi or bus can take you to nearby Marbella in 15mins. The appartment block is extremely safe and secure with coded gate access to all areas and the appartment has electric shutters to keep it even more secure. As its so close to the beach we were able to stay on the beach until 7.30/8pm some nights enjoying our time together. Our children didn't want to leave!! Beautiful walks along the beach to the nearby harbour and along the walkway in the evenings for dinner were idillic. We are so glad we found this hidden Jem!! We couldn't recommend it enough for anyone who wants a quiet relaxing holiday somewhere chilled and comfortable with all basic needs within walking distance. We will definitely visit again. Brilliant!

Great apartment Great location

Lovely clean apartment with all you need for a great stay

Location right on beach for us was a big plus

We hired a car everything you need within 30 mins

Bus stop outside so car not necessary

Restaurants within a short walk

Great new Walkway along the beach

Overall a great stay would recommend for family and friends

Owner's Response: The wooden walkway has only recently been constructed - it is wheelchair friendly and means that anyone can enjoy the beach for up to 6 kilometers without even setting foot on the sand!

Well proportioned and well located apartment.

Pleasantly large 2 bed villa close to all necessary amenities. Kitchen was well equipped and beach was a stone's throw from the apartment. DVD player was a big plus for entertaining teenagers after dinner. Pools were a glorious temperature so again ideal for teenagers who were in them for hours at a time.

Perfect

We love the location of this property. Right on the beach with the excellent Luna Beach bar right on your door step.

Nice clean and bright apartment with spacious rooms and lovely outlook. Kitchen space and cooking facilities are a bit limited but we mostly ate out so was not a problem for us. Large bathroom with decent shower and washing machine if needed.

Great walking on the newly completed coastal path means you can avoid the busy main road and enjoy the views instead the path really opens up this great coastline. Short walk to Puerto Cabo Pino and more excellent beaches, bars and restaurants. Lidl and SuperSol supermarkets 5mins across the road that cater for every need. Good and cheap bus service into Marbella or Fuengirola just outside the apartment so we didn't need a car.

Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Owner's Response: The kitchen is open-plan with the rest of the living area and although the worktop area is limited, the kitchen does have a hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and additional small fridge - useful for cooling beer! It has enough glasses, crockery and cutlery for at least 6 people. There are many good and inexpensive cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance from the apartment.

This was a return trip. The place is lovely. The apartment was airy and clean with a lovely view of the beach and sea. All the ingredients for were there for a really relaxing holiday..

Owner's Response: We have several guests who have returned for a holiday at the apartment two or three times. Many people do describe it as a relaxing place although there is also plenty to do within a very short distance, either walking, driving or on the bus.

The apartment is situated on the beach side of Calahonda, a short walk from local shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, beach bars and the beautiful marina of Puerto Cabopino. Malaga airport is approximately 30 minutes drive. Several large towns and shopping centres (inducing Marbella, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola) are only a 10 -15 minutes drive and there are many beaches and smaller resorts, close-by, along the coast. A little further afield, Gibraltar (which also has an airport) and the ancient town of Ronda are an hour's drive away. Within 2 to 3 hours you can reach; Granada, Seville, Cordoba and the Sierra Nevada for sightseeing or skiing. Local buses travelling between Malaga and Marbella stop outside the apartment. North Africa (Tangier) is a short ferry ride from Gibraltar
