MASTER BEDROOM:

Furnished with a queen size bed, it’s truly fit for royalty. It can accommodate up to 2 guests comfortably and is very spacious. It has direct access to the balcony through glass sliding doors. You'll definitely be enjoying the view from this room.

BEDROOM 2:

Furnished with a queen size bed, it can accommodate up to 2 guests comfortably. It also has a sofa chair in the corner of the room if you’d like to read a book indoors in peace. Also boasting access to the balcony through glass sliding doors, you can enjoy that book with the outdoor feel & view as well.

BEDROOM 3:

The smallest of the 3 rooms, it still has a double size bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests comfortably. Although the smallest room, it still has access to the balcony through glass sliding doors.

LIVING AREA:

Open concept, the living room and dining room are in the same space. The dining table can accommodate 4 guests although the table does expand to accommodate more guests. The living room is tastefully decorated with ample lounging area. It also has a wall mounted flat screen TV with a sound system for your entertainment needs.

KITCHEN:

Boasting granite counter tops and a tiled backsplash, the kitchen is fully equipped to suit all your cooking needs. It comes with a fridge/freezer, stove top, oven & dishwasher.

BATHROOMS:

There are two full bathrooms in the unit.

Lovely apartment and an extremely hospitable host. We had an amazing time

The view from the apartment balcony is breathtakingly beautiful and the apartment is very modern chic with all the necessary amenities. Located walking distance to the beach as well as close to the town. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a vacation!

Just WOW!

If we could submit a 10-star review, we would. Rodney was so accommodating and such a gracious host. He helped set up our airport transfers and upon arrival, he gave us a tour of his beautiful Penthouse. The pictures don't lie and what you see online, which is so impressive, is pretty much what you get. The penthouse is immaculate, classy, and so spacious! It is ideally located right across the beach with crystal clear waters suitable for snorkeling. It also has various watersports and although we didn't get to check it out, it was steps away from the fish market. It is also located right in front of the bus stop with Holetown only a 10- minute bus ride. We feel as if we have made a family friend with Rodney; we felt so welcomed and any questions we had, he was just a text away. We will be sure to stay at Rodney's place next time we are in Barbados and will refer him to our friends and family.

Better than we could have imagined

Beach View #309 is the perfect place to base your vacation. It is so close to the beaches and the restaurants. We had a great time spending our days on the beach or by the pool, and then relaxing on the deck! The views are even better than the pictures! Rodney was great to work with in planning our trip! He was helpful before, during and after. Rodney knows the island and was able to assist us in choosing the right beaches and places to eat. He even lined up our golf outings!

Don't hesitate to book this property, It was perfect for our vacation. It was even better than we could have hoped. The property is spectacular, the island is incredible and working with Rodney was a joy. Thank you Rodney for letting us use this great place!

Owner's Response: Troy, Darla, Tate, Alexa and Kael all arrived to our lovely island and to our penthouse apartment from Iowa. This beautiful family had booked and corresponded many months ago and I fully anticipated their arrival. They wasted no time in exploring the great restaurants on the island like IL Tempio, Scarlet, The Cliff Beach Club and The Cliff in which they enjoyed and booked twice. Troy and Tate played on world class golf courses, The Royal Westmoreland and Apes Hill and of course enjoyed the lovely turquoise beaches topped with a catamaran morning cruise with Cool Runnings. I had the honour and great pleasure one evening when they invited me over to the apartment to enjoy glasses of wine, with a platter of great cheeses, grapes, meats and biscuits while getting to know them better. I want to thank this warm, friendly and smiling family for choosing Barbados and our apartment and I do look forward to their promises of coming back once again in the near future! Amazing place and even better host !!

Where to begin... first off Rodney is absolutely a genuine, amazing guy! His warmth in welcoming us is what made us feel at home! We arrived a little early and waited for the place to be cleaned having a quick lunch downstairs at the "hut". I had the flying fish sandwich which was tasty! The girls working the stand are nice as well.

The place-just as pictured! The view from the living room and both rooms were breathtaking! The other room doesn't have a view but that was fine for us. We had 3 adults and one 1.5 yr old. The kitchen had everything you could need and Rodney was such a sweetheart to welcome us with some waters (both still and sparkling-classy touch) strawberries and some chips, etc. The restrooms were amazingly clean which is always important to me. He provides beach towels and chairs to bring across the street to the beach. When I say across the street, the streets in Barbados are not big so it's literally at 2 minute walk. I was amazed by the amount of towels he provided too! Super great to have extra towels without always needed to feel like your towels still wet from taking the previous shower. We only stayed for a few nights so didn't need to use the washer / dryer but I loved having the option to. The air conditioner works well which is needed during that humidity.

The area- I love the location! Close to several restaurants from local to fancy. We learned how to take the bus and once we did it was easy to use! Highly recommend using that as it's only $2 us. And it's quite the experience lol. Major highlight- tides beach club for lunch !!!! Most memorable dining experience in a long time, from the view to food and service! Expensive but worth it!!!! We ate at a little local place that had amazing chicken and rice walking distance as well. Grocery store was under construction while we were there so we brought some snacks from the gas station but again didn't need much since we were there such a short time. Beach and pool were spectacular! The pool has a side with shallow water for children and plenty of chairs around for use. There is a gated security entrance which makes a nice amenity but to be quite honest you do not need it as this is one of the safest feeling travel spots I have been to! We walked around 2 females at night, not problems! Everyone was so nice to my son too when we were out and about.

I cannot wait to go back and hoping visiting again hopefully sooner than later. Rodney thank you again! You're the best!

Amazing Penthouse

This penthouse is exactly how it looks in the photos. It's well equipped with everything you will need for a great holiday. Rodney the property manager was in touch with us from the day we made the booking. We were getting married in Barbados and Rodney was always there for advice if required and when we arrived there was a really nice welcome pack which was a nice touch after a long flight. I really don't have any negatives about this penthouse and sitting out on the sofa out on the balcony looking out at paradise was breathtaking and total relaxation. The penthouse location is ideal with all the best beaches and restraunts on the west coast within walking distance or a short journey on the reggae bus and they are very cheap and lots of fun. We will definitely return to this apartment for another perfect holiday in paradise.
