Newly Renovated 1300 sqft Condo 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with Rocky Mountain Views

Enjoy this spacious 1300 sq ft condo located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.

Fully renovated in the summer of 2015, with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 55" HD TV.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom boasts an open floor plan. It features a total of three queen beds, which includes the pullout sofa in the living room, and one king sized bed. There is also a true ensuite attached to one of the bedrooms.

You will find the condo to be cozy & comfortable while you enjoy sitting in front of the gas fireplace and watching your favorite sporting events, shows or movies. The balcony is delightful for summer evenings and is equipped with chairs and a high quality Weber barbeque for grilling. You will enjoy a fabulous view of the Rocky mountains.

The unit in general is equipped with many more amenities than what you would use on a holiday. It is sure to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.

Two secure indoor heated parking stalls are available with the rental, however plenty of free parking is available outside and around the building for extra vehicles.

This condo has panoramic mountain views to the northwest overlooking Lady McDonald Mountain and Banff's Rundle Mountain range. Canmore Crossing buildings have two rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The rooftop hot tub has the best view of the entire Bow Valley, a 360 degree full panorama...ensure to take your camera.

A basic but good fitness room is available for you to use; it has weights and a few machines including a treadmill and plenty of space for a workout.

Delight in the stunning views whether you are pampering yourself in the rooftop hot tub, or grilling at the propane barbeque on the balcony.

Everything AND More!!

We travelled to Canmore and our two daughters and their husbands and two little granddaughters joined us for a 4 night stay at Tricia's beautiful condo. It was everything promised in the description and more. We completely enjoyed the open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms and were so impressed at how well stocked the kitchen and both bathrooms were. It was lovely to have such high end stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and laundry areas. We appreciated having such a large dining room table that seated 8 so we could all sit down and eat together. The living room also provided adequate seating for all of us. It was so nice to have a balcony with a BBQ and we used it the first night we arrived. All three bedrooms were spacious with huge closets and the beds were so-o-o-o comfortable. Just what you need when you want a relaxing get-away. Our little granddaughters really loved the foam blocks and puzzles and played with them the entire time we were there. The hot tub provided a nice retreat as well once the little ones were in bed. The location is amazing because of it's close proximity to a number of retail stores and only a quick walk to down town. We also liked the fact that this condo came with two underground parking spots. We would highly recommend Tricia's condo to anyone with a larger group as there is more than adequate space for everyone. Tricia provides excellent service and is very prompt to respond as was Margaret in concierge. We so much appreciated everything you did for us. You truly went above and beyond and we are already planning next year's visit to the same condo. Thanks again.

Condo in Canmore is Great!

Great accommodations! Very clean and very comfortable. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room. Kitchen tools/accessories are well stocked. There are a lot of activities in Canmore and the location was very convenient for accessing Banff. Our family would go back to this location/condo.

The perfect place to stay while hiking in Banff National Park

We were very happy with everything this condo had to offer! It was stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice and stocked well also! I highly recommend this beautiful and spacious condo. Another plus was that the grocery store is a short walk away! Thank you Tricia for everything! If we ever take another vacation to Canmore we will definitely stay with you again!!!

Just as described!

We loved our stay in Canmore and the surrounding area. The condo was exactly as described--lovely and great location! We could walk to shopping, coffee, grocery stores and dining. The designated parking spots in the underground garage were very convenient. And we so appreciated the use of the Banff National Park pass! We're glad we stayed it Canmore--it seemed less 'touristy' than Banff, and Lake Louise. And this condo is the perfect choice for a place to stay in Canmore!
