This home is a special place for us. Coastal living was ingrained in each of us as children. Morgan spent her summers in Gulf Shores, AL, and Tim grew up on the NJ shore. When we married, we knew we wanted to recreate that experience for our own children and this house has been a dream come true for us. We hope it will be for your family as well!

There are (2) full mattresses in the home, so it sleeps 11 adults on REAL beds or 14 total w/ kids doubling up on the 'Full' mattresses and using the sofa-sleeper in the Master Bedroom. We prefer to cap total occupancy at 13 based on living space.

Tenant Rules: No Pets. This is not a party house - it is a family vacation destination. (Leave the beer can launchers at home.) Minimum age for primary renter is 25. STRICT PARKING enforcement. There are only (4) parking spots. STREET PARKING NOT AUTHORIZED. If you bring a boat, LEAVE THE TRAILER AT MARINA. Squeezing a boat trailer into the garage is impossible (Your husband can't pull it off - neither can mine). If you require more than (4) vehicles to get to your vacation (We have kids too, we get it), please contact us for parking options that will work for all of us. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a boat. (We speak nautical). We will provide some additional info that could enrich your boating experience. We ask that you would treat our home and our neighbors just as you would your own. Parking and rowdy behavior is the #1 cause of tenant friction.

Better Every Year!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this house over the last few years and I must say that every year we have more and more fun! This may be because as our family grows we do different things but we really love this house and the ability for us to keep coming back with a growing family. A week seemed too short as it always does but thank you so much to the wonderful owners of 1036 Ft Pickens Rd to allow us to share your beautiful home again. We can't wait to come back again soon!

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

Our family just returned from an amazing week at Tim and Morgan's Beachfront Gem! We had a large group ranging in age from 3 months to 74 years and we all had an incredible experience. We docked our jet ski right out the back door and thoroughly enjoyed the paddle boards provided at the house. All the bedrooms were super comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare and enjoy family meals. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and we hope to be back again soon!

Perfect for 3 families

My wife and I wanted to bring our kids and grandkids to the beach for a vacation. Six adults and 5 grandkids ages 4 - 10 fit well into this spacious house. We fished from the back doc and swam at the beach. Life was good.

Entering Pensacola Beach from Gulf Breeze, take a right at the traffic light. Pass the Beach Ball on your left, and the home is 1.7 miles on the right, just past Peg Leg Pete's restaurant.

You won't want to miss out on the fabulous dining at Flounder's Chowder House, Hemingway's, or Peg Leg Pete's while you're here.

It's easy to spend a whole week at the beach, but don't forget to visit Fort Pickens and the Gulf Islands Seashore. Witness this fabulous piece of history and transit through some of the most pristine natural wildlife refuges along the coast to get there!

If you have time, take a mainland tour to the Naval Aviation Museum on board NAS Pensacola and watch a Blue Wahoo's minor league baseball game on the way home! Don't forget to grab dinner on Palafox Street - over 15 Bars and Restaurants in this historic section of Downtown Pensacola ensures there's something for everyone in your party!
