About Tim Gleason

This home is a special place for us. Coastal living was ingrained in each of us as children. Morgan spent her summers in Gulf Shores, AL, and Tim grew up on the NJ shore. When we married, we knew we wanted to recreate that experience for our own children and this house has been a dream come true for us. We hope it will be for your family as well!

There are (2) full mattresses in the home, so it sleeps 11 adults on REAL beds or 14 total w/ kids doubling up on the 'Full' mattresses and using the sofa-sleeper in the Master Bedroom. We prefer to cap total occupancy at 13 based on living space.

Tenant Rules: No Pets. This is not a party house - it is a family vacation destination. (Leave the beer can launchers at home.) Minimum age for primary renter is 25. STRICT PARKING enforcement. There are only (4) parking spots. STREET PARKING NOT AUTHORIZED. If you bring a boat, LEAVE THE TRAILER AT MARINA. Squeezing a boat trailer into the garage is impossible (Your husband can't pull it off - neither can mine). If you require more than (4) vehicles to get to your vacation (We have kids too, we get it), please contact us for parking options that will work for all of us. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a boat. (We speak nautical). We will provide some additional info that could enrich your boating experience. We ask that you would treat our home and our neighbors just as you would your own. Parking and rowdy behavior is the #1 cause of tenant friction.

"Best Beach House Ever" for our Family Vacation!

You can stop searching for THE best Beach House, because you will find it here. A beautiful beach in front and a serene and picturesque dock in the back of this home. We loved all the porches, the patio as well and the interior of this home is simply amazing. We enjoyed cooking in the huge gourmet kitchen, hanging out in the living room playing board games and all the bedrooms are beautiful. We had many outdoor BBQs using the supplied grill as well. These home owners have thought of everything and are super friendly and helpful. The garage is filled with beach toys and chairs, which we enjoyed, but best of all is the beach is steps away from this home, and it is a quiet, perfect beach with super soft sand and the waves are so much fun for the kids and adults alike. The National Park with Fort Pickens is a short 5 minute drive on Santa Rosa Island and we also loved renting some bikes to explore the Island further. You can not go wrong with this home and from the words of my 10 year old son "Best Beach House Ever!".... so true!

Best Beach Vacation Ever!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boat Friendly Beach Front Gem. Our favorite moments were waking up to the sunrise over the ocean through our large bedroom windows, relaxing on the porches together, fishing off of the dock behind the house and catching crab, and of course being on the beach. Tim was extremely prompt in his communication with us and we felt like our vacation was a priority to him. Our 3 year old enjoyed the huge amount of toys provided for the beach and we enjoyed the fact that there was a cart that could be loaded with beach chairs, umbrellas,, boogie boards, kites etc. in the basement ready to roll out to the beach. The paddle boards were also a lot of fun. we were grateful that we did not have to rent them. The proximity to Fort Pickens was perfect and we decided to go to the fort on Tuesday around 11:00 to watch the Blue Angel's practice. It was definitely a highlight! We would highly recommend this rental.

Great trip and awesome service!

We had a great spring break trip at this house!! The location was awesome since it was close to the beach, but also had the bay in the back. There was plenty of room for 12 girls and the house accommodated everything we needed. There were a few issues regarding things in the kitchen, but Tim had someone out fixing them within a few hours each time. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Such a beautiful home. I have rented homes for some time now in the panhandle. Including a 3 million dollar home in Destin. But, this was the best of all.........provided such awesome family memories!

Property is very nice with excellent views and accessible to a major attractions. Beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are within a few steps. Owners are very welcoming and accommodating and willing to do everything they can to make the trip a memorable and enjoyable experience. Definitely put this property on your must visit list.

You won't want to miss out on the fabulous dining at Flounder's Chowder House, Hemingway's, or Peg Leg Pete's while you're here.

It's easy to spend a whole week at the beach, but don't forget to visit Fort Pickens and the Gulf Islands Seashore. Witness this fabulous piece of history and transit through some of the most pristine natural wildlife refuges along the coast to get there!

If you have time, take a mainland tour to the Naval Aviation Museum on board NAS Pensacola and watch a Blue Wahoo's minor league baseball game on the way home!
