Please call me if you have any question before booking Charles Theologos 228-547-3721 Located in Venice Marina 2 Bedroom 2 Full Bathroom , Sleep 6 to 8 People ( 2 Bunk Bed in one Bedroom and 1 Bunk Bed in the other Bedroom, all Bunk Bed are FULL/FULL) , Also has a Small Loft with 2 twin mattress ,Central Air, Full Kitchen, Gas Grill, an 700 lbs per day Ice Machine a small Freezer on the deck to store you catch .50" TV with DIRECTV .The houseboat was build June 2015 Everything is Brand new .Lots of room to Dock your Boat ,You can Dock 2 Boats if You Need too , One on the Front Porch and the other on the side.Fish cleaning station on the back of the houseboat .Check in time is normally 3:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am
$285 per night ( ALL TAXES ARE INCLUDED)and a $75 cleaning Fee
Last minute cancellation due to bad weather full refund ( 24 hours notice of cancellation)

We have been Offshore Fishing in Venice since 2008 . I have been working as pilot for American Airlines for the past 26 years .

Very nice Place
Very nice, we will be back next year.
My favorite place to stay in Venice.
Clean, accessible, convenient, well designed and furnished, plenty of room for 6 people and workable for 1 or 2 more. Ice machine, washer and dryer a big plus. Dock space for 2 boats.
Very nice houseboat, well stocked and everything worked
Enjoyed our stay and will do it again. Great to have your boat tied up at the front door. Houseboat was very clean, everything worked, no problems. I looked hard for something to criticize and all I could come up with is the ice machine needs a scoop. Seriously, a great place. Fishing was off due to how high The Mississippi was, but the houseboat did not disappoint.
