This one bedroom loft apartment with full kitchen and laundry has everything you need for an extended stay! Located on one of the best streets in Old Town you are just three blocks from the Harbor….home to the freshest seafood restaurants and best happy hours on the island…or walk to Duval street to experience the local music scene, bar hopping, restaurants and shopping…take in the famous Mallory Square sunset celebration…go fishing, snorkeling, jet skiing or relax on the beach. Several pools within walking distance. Located in a privately owned historic home.

Lofted bedroom has a queen bed and there is a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. 40" cable TV in the living room and WiFi throughout. Laundry is located outside the unit. Table and chairs for relaxing outside on the balcony.

Apartment can only be rented by the month.

Close to everything, yet quaint and quiet, you'll love your stay!

About Julie Keller

We fell in love with Key West while on vacation from Minnesota and have now made it our home! We love the awesome weather, great restaurants, water sports, live music and great people watching! We purchased and renovated several historic homes, finally landing at our current residence which consists of 5 rental units. We live onsite and are here to help with any questions, recommendations, etc. to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We love this old town location. It's just far enough away from the loud crowds, but close enough to walk everywhere. We love the proximity to both the Harbor and Duval street. There are so many amazing restaurants and things to do, you'll never get bored.

What makes this apartment unique

Your apartment is fully furnished with a full kitchen, equipped with everything you need. This second story apartment has a balcony with sitting area overlooking Fleming Street.

You get a lot more room than you would staying at a standard hotel and at a better rate. We can only rent monthly, but even if you don't stay the entire month, you'll still find our rate is competitive. Check the calendar, as rates vary depending on the season.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

A beautiful convenient 1 bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and in great shape. We couldnt of picked a better place. Julie was very accommodating and was responsive with any questions we had. Great location close to all. Can rent a bike next door or across the street and your set. Would highly recommend and when we return we will be calling Julie again.

Keywest best!

Just spent a wonderful month (March, 2017) in this wonderful location. Julie/Tom took excellent care of our needs. Due to my husbands height he chose to sleep on the pull out couch which worked perfectly. We absolutely loved the location, within walking distance to everything. The Marker staff where we were able to use their pool was great & the pool was a treat in the KW heat. Don't forget to check out Lucy's on Grinnell and The Boathouse for happy hours. 😥?😥? sad to leave KW, hope to come back & to this property!!

Wonderful Stay in Key West

We had a wonderful month stay in Key West. Julie and Tom were great hosts and we left feeling that we have new friends in town. The apartment has all the amenities of home (including a washer and dryer which we loved having). It was private and quiet (even with the neighborhood roosters) yet very easy to get to Duval St where all the action is. There are restaurants, shopping and the waterfront harbor all within walking distance. We rode our bikes every day all over town and to Zachary State Park. Everything was great and we are already looking at dates to visit again. Thank you Julie and Tom for a great stay!

Can't wait to go back!

I had one of the best months of my life staying in this apartment. Here's a breakdown of my thoughts:

-The 2 bicycles to use were key. We used them on the daily, biking to Fort Zachary Taylor beach, in the evening to watch the sunset, all over town. They're not the best bikes (the chains need to be oiled and repaired) but they were such an integral part of our trip and riding them brought us absolute joy!

-There is pool access at the hotel across the street. Now, I didn't think I'd even end up using it initially until I saw and experienced it. It's wonderful and SUCH a great perk to have by staying at this property. We ended up using the pool almost every evening after sunset (and most of the time would be the only ones there!)

-There is a little porch that we used daily, as well, and became part of our wonderful daily routine. Sitting out in the evenings talking, having morning tea out there, etc. Fantastic.

-The apartment itself is small but perfectly fine for 2 people. The upstairs loft is definitely a bit claustrophobic feeling (I'm 5'11" and my boyfriend is 6'2") but it's doable. Also, there's a pull-out in the couch which my boyfriend ended up using and it was fine. The shower pressure is great, too, and feels like you're in an outdoor shower. Lovely. The kitchen has everything you'll need and Fausto's (grocery store) is only a short bike ride up the street so getting groceries home is no issue.

-Finally, the location. You can't ask for a better location. The neighborhood is so, so lovely and you're so close to restaurants and coffee places and it's just wonderful to stroll around, smell flowers and revel in it all.

I definitely plan on staying here again - hopefully next year!
