We found 'Peacehaven' exactly as described. [We arrived in the middle of an electrical power cut which was fixed extremely quickly by the suppliers. The owner responded extremely well when he was informed that the power cut had probably damaged the fridge/freezer beyond repair.A new unit was installed within 5 hours for which we were extremely grateful!

The house was particularly clean and tidy and very well presented. We found the downstairs bedroom and bathroom extremely useful. Our grandchildrenwere delighted with their twin-bedded room and bathroom.

The garden is attractive, providing different places to sit [when the present cold spell ends!]

The nature reserve is actually less than 5 minutes walk away and was enjoyed by all during our stay.

The grandchildren enjoyed the facilities on the sea-front in Rhyl. They also enjoyed the facilities on the pier in Llandudno, despite the bracing wind.

A trip to Anglesey was really nice, but the drive through Snowdonia to Betws -y- Coed was spectacular with the snow glistening off the snow on the mountains.

iI would certainly recommend this property for parties up to 6 people.

Owner's Response: Hello again James Thank you for your kind comments about our property, the garden and the surrounding area-it makes it all worth while (even the freezer situation) It was nice to meet you all and we are happy that you still managed to get out and enjoy all North Wales has to offer even though 'Spring' had'nt yet 'Sprung'. We feel 'Peacehaven' suits the kind of needs you required for the 'true family holiday' being able to accommodate either two or three generation families with ease. Thank you all again for leaving everywhere so clean and tidy and for your valued custom. I hope you will holiday with us again in the future....regards....Andrew

Car: recommended

'Peacehaven' Kinmel Bay North Wales is situated between the holiday resorts of Rhyl and Towyn. Within easy reach of all the local attractions yet in a quiet residential area just 5 minutes walk from the local conservation area/dune backed beach.

Close by are Prestatyn, Rhyl, Towyn, Colwyn Bay, Llandudno, Conwy, Anglesey for those great 'days out' exploring North Wales with its castles, mountains, waterfalls, beaches and walks

Our refurbished property sits on a corner plot and has an enclosed south facing rear garden with several seating areas to relax in. We feel it is the perfect positition to be able to go out and 'explore' everything North Wales has to offer and then 'relax' after a day of 'doing it all'.

Other Activities: Trout Farm. Castles. Kite surfing. Sea fishing. Coastal Walks. Cycle path. Theatre.

Golf: There many local golf clubs, some do 'day' tickets

Ski: Llandudno dry ski slope and tobogan run is approx 20mins away by car on the side of the 'Great Orme'
