Get away to the quiet serenity of nature. We average temperatures of high 70's during the day and 50's at night. Our cabin is located in a wide open space, full of nature. You might even see a deer wander through. We are 5 miles off the Hwy, in between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Parks. On a clear night you have the best view of the stars.
Booking is for one side of the cabin (if you need more room see other units we have available #867696). It has a full kitchen, with dishes, pots, pans, towels, etc. There is a dining table with 5 chairs. The bathroom has a tub/shower, vanity, and toilet. Towels are provided as are extra linen and blankets. There are 2 queen beds. A sports court is available to all who stay.
Jenni was so nice and the cabin wonderful! It was just the right amount of isolated. We really enjoyed our stay and adventures!
We stayed here three nights which was perfect since it was between Zion and Bryce. We spent two days in Zion and one day at Bryce. It was roughly an hour drive to Zion (a little shorter), but that was ok with us because it was a beautiful drive and it was so nice to get away from the crowds and back to a little peace and quiet each night. We came well stocked with food - so it was great to have a little kitchen to do all our cooking. The only time we ate out was when we stopped for a piece of pie (Mmmmm). The little covered porch in the back was great to sit and relax while sipping a cold drink. Everything was clean and Jenni was super nice and welcoming. We also had a cell phone signal at the condo, which helped with some of our last minute planning.
The condo is secluded, so for the most part it was super quiet and peaceful. Occasionally you may hear an ATV or motorcycle in the area - but that was only temporary and it would go back to the relaxing chirp of the birds. We saw a few different types of birds, including a humming bird, as well as some deer walking by the back porch.
Side note: There is a great bike-path around much of Bryce. Had we known, we would have brought our bikes for that area.
We'd definitely stay here again. Thanks!!
Great Property! The ranch is very centrally located, not too far from anything. Yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Duck Creek Village. VRBO’s website had me worried about the location, their GPS makes it look further from Duck Creek then it actually is.
First thing I noticed when I walked into the cabin is how clean it was, and smelled. Also, it was stocked with every cleaning supply you need to keep it tidy. Kitchen has all the essentials, with plenty of linens and pillows for four people.
My boyfriend, his two kids (9, and 14), and I had plenty of space, we stayed four days.
The Cabin is a short walk away from Mammoth Creek where we caught fish every day. We also fished Panguitch, Duck Creek Reservoir, and other random creeks along the way; where at least one of us caught a fish each time.
Absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! To say the least.
The Rock family was super nice. We would stay here again.
