How about a night under the stars in the woods around a campfire? Or a night out at the casino after a day at the wineries? Or...right where you want to be in the chalet. Trails await you right out the back-door for ORV, horses, or snowmobiles. This chalet sits close to 70 acres surrounded by state land that keeps it so peaceful!! There is so much to do right on the property, and so much so close to you while you visit.

We always love the deer and turkey that are on the property. Our grandkids love all of the nature walks and fun that we have at the cabin.
We had a great time. The property was exactly as advertised. We had a great time around the campfire. The cabin was clean and cool.
We Got to cabin right after a 6 t0o 8 inch snowfall. The trails were groomed and road were covered. The nice thing is that the trails are so close to cabin.
The cabin has everything you might need. Well equip for what you may need. This was our 2nd year the last time no snow but not this time. We will definitely do it again. Would definitely recommend to every snowmobiler.
We used this cabin for our fall bird hunting trip. It worked well for us as it was centrally located to where we like to hunt, yet an easy trip to town for supplies. Beds were comfortable and the deck was nice when the weather was warm. We cooked almost every day in the kitchen and found it adequate. We had a little trouble with where to put our trash, as the outdoor can had not been emptied when we got there. I am sure Laura will have that worked out in the future. We will return, if we have the opportunity.
We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this peaceful cabin. Very private location only 40 minutes from Traverse City and an hour and 40 minutes from Mackinaw City. Plenty of beds for everyone with a king and a twin with a trundle upstairs in the loft and a queen and bunk beds in the downstairs bedroom. We used this cabin as a home base for day trips to Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes on the shores of Lake Michigan.
The owner was great to work with and helped as plans changed close to the vacation date. The cabin has a great northern Michigan feel and was perfect for our travel plans!
Laura was great and their property was exactly what my girlfriend and I were hoping for. Solitude and beauty at its best, the tranquility just can't be beat. The house had everything we needed except for a sharp knife hehe, no complaints believe me. Can't wait to come back next year, thank you so much
