Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 1.0 Bath, (Sleeps 4)
Minimum age of primary renter:25
Max guests:4 (sleeps up to 4 adults)
We were in town for 4 nights making this a work/play trip. The condo is in a great location - easy walk to South Congress, coffee shops, restaurants. The condo was tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable; 2nd room was used as an office. Kitchen was well-equipped, although we ate out most meals.
Hi Zach, Glad you got to do some fun stuff while in town, and not just spend the time working! Thank you for taking the time to leave this review - hope to have you as our guest again in the future. Safe travels,
Still love this place
This is the second time we rented this condo and we still love it. It’s location is great! It’s blocks away from south congress. The condo is also very clean and has nice furniture and TV. We look forward to making a future booking here!

Beautiful spot but loud
We loved it! It had everything we needed for the week and is a dog friendly place and neighborhood.
Clean, cute, comfortable, all major appliances provided, included an electric kettle, coffee maker, blow dryer, dishes, coffee, a welcome basket with fruit and 1 bottle of wine and sparkling water (very nice to find after a day of driving), Netflix, towels, extra blankets, yard for dogs with poop bags/trash can, grill area outside, free parking, and in a great neighborhood. We felt safe walking around at night.
1 roll of toilet paper only (bring extra), driveway is really steep so pull in at an angle to protect your car, walls are thin so we heard the neighbor coughing all night and could hear his phone conversations in the morning. Unfortunately the condo above this unit was remodeling the week we stayed so we heard hammering, drilling, and music from 8:30am to 7:00pm. The owners apologized and and made accommodations since our relaxing week away wasn’t very relaxing with all the noise. EXTRA PRO: the management team is extremely responsive and great to work with!!!
The unit is great and we would stay again but I feel a duty to let others know about the noise. Bring your earplugs and enjoy this super cute place right near downtown Austin, South Congress, and 1st Street. You won’t regret it!
Thank you for taking the time out to leave this review. It's unfortunate that the issues that resulted in leaving a 3-star review (thin walls, steep driveway and day-time construction in a different unit) were all matters that were out of our control. It is worth mentioning that this condo stays booked throughout the year and we have never received any complaints about the walls / being able to hear neighboring conversations.
We leave two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for our guests - one on the dispenser and one under the sink. We do mention in our welcome email that if guests are staying for an extended period, they may want to consider bringing paper products, as we provide 2 rolls, per bathroom, at check-in. We will certainly remind our cleaning company to check that 2 rolls per bathroom are left after each cleaning.
Thank you again for the feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay, and hope that the 3-star review you left will not deter people from staying with us (especially since you've indicated you'd stay here in the future, and that others would not regret staying in the condo).
Hope you had safe travels home,

Stay for Austin F1
The apartment was as described. Well equipped with most of the basics that we needed. We were able to pick up some groceries that we wanted, but there was a nice welcome basket with some drinks and snacks. That was a really nice touch. We did have some issues with Uber/Lyft being able to get us back to the apartment because their apps could not locate it, so you might want to have the address ready in Google maps so you can direct the driver. It was Halloween when we stayed and there was a little bit nose from the upstairs apartment, but it wasn't bad and didn't last real late. Overall, I was very pleased with the stay and the amenities.
Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Glad you enjoyed your stay - that's interesting about Uber/Lyft - we've not received that feedback from any of our other guests. We will certainly look in to that, as Uber/Lyft is a very popular way of getting around town.
Thanks again and we'll hope to have you back in the future,

Although best known for live music, Austin offers guests plenty of outdoor activities, historical sites, arts and culture, sports and nightlife. No matter what type of vacation you plan, the city welcomes you to try it all.

Signature events include SXSW, Austin City Limits Music Festival, Urban Music Festival, Republic of Texas Biker Rally and the Armadillo Christmas Bazaar. If you enjoy Grand Prix racing, you’re in luck because Austin is home to Circuit of the Americas (COTA). The city also has districts that honor and celebrate African American, Latino and Asian customs and traditions.
This thriving city may be packed full of activities and attractions, but no Austin vacation will feel complete without experiencing its live music and nightlife. In fact, Austin is known to many as the “Live Music Capital of the World,” due to its 200-plus music venues and thousands of shows a year. Visitors who want late-night options can explore dozens of bars, comedy clubs, theaters and nightclubs.
