Relax on the Balcony in the evening and enjoy the sound and sights of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special Condo in a very special place. Our Condo is truly 'Home' and you will feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. Great place!

We enjoyed our time in SPI and the location right on the beach was great and surprisingly peaceful with how busy the island is.

Awesome stay!

Had an excellent stay with my husband, 3 kids (ages 7, 10, & 12), and my parents. Loved sitting out on the patio with my coffee in the morning. Condo was perfect and had every thing our family needed for our stay. Boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, and shade for the beach were some of the items that came in handy! Property was great as were the owners. Ed was very accommodating to our needs. We will definitely try to stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in SPI.

Wife’s birthday weekend

Great place to stay!

The condo was very clean, it was nice having the amenities, good selection of tv channels, liked that there was no tv in living room. Great view of beach and short distance to beach. Loved the chairs on balcony. Ed Raposa is easy to get a hold of. He responds quickly to questions. Definately would rent this place again.
