Townhouse D-20 4th level:Open concept living room/ kitchen/dining on the top floor with a screened in porch. 3rd level: King Master BR/BA wth oversized walk in shower and granite vanity dual sinks attached balcony. Queen BR/BA with shower and bay window. 2nd level: Queen BR/BA with balcony. 2 Twins with trundles , bay window and attached bath. 1st floor laundry area and a new screened in cabana directly across from the pool. The cabana features a picnic table and ceiling fans. A new Genisis Weber grill is next to the cabana.There is a private elevator to each floor. The kitchen is well set up with waffle iron, blender, slo cooker, toaster, coffeemaker. Dishes for 12 and non breakable dishes for eating alfresco on the screen porch or cabana. WiFi in all rooms, 32" flatscreen tv in the MBR and 55" flatscreen in the living room . The view from every room is breathtaking.

Pet blankets, towels and dishes in the laundry room. Dog will require Owner's approval and guests are compleatly responsible for any issues concerning their dog.

We encourage you to enjoy the kayaks, but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN LIFE JACKETS!

We have beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach cart for your use.

We have recently upgraded all the kitchen appliances and will be doing additional upgrades in January 2017.

Why Mary Mardan chose North West Florida

We looked for a long time and in many different areas for a special place that could offer us: natural beauty, close access to the water, unbelievable beaches, fantastic views, great seafood, plenty of space for family and friends, very safe, and pet friendly. We have found all this and more! My favorite place is on the 4th floor screened porch drinking coffee In the morning or just watching the waves anytime.....

What makes this townhome unique

The location of this townhouse in the complex was a huge draw for me . The fact that it was an end unit with windows on 3 sides really opens up the rooms and provides much better views. The location is also very close to the beach (100 steps) and directly across from the pool (25 steps). Town house D-20

5 weeks of paradise all things considered. Weather was perfect :-)) So was owner's accomodations!

The owner is most accommodating especially if there are any issues that come up during your stay. Since we were there for 5 weeks, there were a few things that occurred that were taken care of immediately. This was very important to us since we had family members coming in and out throughout this time frame. First was the bedding. These were the MOST comfortable beds I have ever slept in at a rental property. This is one of the main reasons we will be coming back in the future. Second was location. The view from the 4th floor screened patio was fabulous. We could see the sunsets in the evening during the final week of our stay.

Speaking of sunsets, they were breathtaking. And, I have been to Key West, FL and seen theirs. These were just as beautiful. Third, the pool location was just off the cabana less than 100 feet. What a convenience especially for the grandkids. Fourth, the kitchen was very well equipped for almost any meals that you would want to prepare. The new stove, refrigerator and dish washer were all very nice amenities. The kitchen table can easily accommodate 8 people plus the four chairs around the counter. 12 in all is outstanding. The owner told me that she expects to install a new kitchen sink, counter tops and backsplash. Also some improvements in two of the bathrooms by the end of January 2017. These should add a real nice touch.

Finally, the elevator. What a blessing, but there is a learning curve here! The secret is don't operate the elevator unless you are already in it. And make sure that the accordian door closes and latches completely :-). All in all a very nice stay indeed! We will come back.

Excellent Accomodations and Beautiful View!

This is a very nicely appointed condo (appears to be recently updated) with a great view of the gulf from both the living room and the porches on the pool side. The beds were very comfortable and the downstairs cabana was a great convenience for us with kids and all of their stuff (we even had movie night down there with our portable projector one night when it rained!). The owner is very easy to work with and provides great communication.

We ate at Krazyfish (a new restaurant in Port St. Joe) a couple of times and it is fantastic (highly recommend).

Our only problem was that the elevator went out on us, but Janah was very responsive and came out and repaired it very quickly (same day)!

All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at The Sanctuary again! Highly recommend.

Beautiful views of the ocean, great new appliances, cabana was great!

My sisters family and mine stayed for a week over Fourth of July at the sanctuary. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The living room also had plenty of space for everyone to sit. The screened in porch off the kitchen was great and the cabana was equally fabulous. Mary was very attentive and helped us with anything that we needed.We look forward to coming next year.

Fantastic property and owner

Our family (3 generations) had heard how great the beaches of Cape San Blas were and the water clarity. I searched HomeAway and found this property which had 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. It had a LOT of amenities. I loved the ease of booking with the owner and Mary was very responsive to questions and offered suggestions which made our trip even far better then we expected. We plan to come back.

Wonderful stay!

Our stay at The Sanctuary was very enjoyable. Cape San Blas was once again a great choice! We loved biking and running the 9 mile path the length of the Cape. The Santuary condo living room has comfortable and abundant seating. All of our family members found the beds comfortable. The screened porch off the kitchen was used constantly during our week-enjoyed the Day beds and view. Cabana was a life saver for us for all our bikes, running, and swimming equipment. Was a good choice for us!

Our Stay at D-20

We loved staying at this condo. It is near the pool and you have a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. The owner is great to work with and the condo has updated decor. We really enjoyed Coneheads and the Indian Pass Raw Bar. I would definitely stay at this place again.
