Escape to the perfect little haven away from home. The exposed wood beams in the ceiling and the wood stove warm up this roomy home. The kitchen is large and bright and features new appliances(No Dishwasher~sorry); open to the living area where you can sit and watch the game on the TV or pop in a movie and sit down with a bag of popccorn. The three bedrooms are located upstairs, two with a queen and one with a bunk bed. The master bedroom has a new Sealy Posturepedic memory foam mattress (May 2013) and has a sliding door that leads out onto a private deck with the view. Beachaven can be your perfect little beach haven that you will want to return to again and again. Please, no smoking and no pets. Maximum occupancy 8.

The location was great... but the house hasn't been updated in a long time. Bed was comforatable.. kitchen and cabinets leave a lot to be desired. Overall it functionally works, but if you're looking for high end interior.. this is not it. Was happy to find a cast iron skillet to use.

My family stayed here for the night and we had such a fabulous time! It feels like a home away from home! Such a perfect location, literally 1/2 block from the beach! It was clean and had kitchen amenities to cook for ourselves! We walked into town to get wet suits one afternoon! Comfortable furniture! Working with Sunset Vacation Rentals was easy! They were very helpful! My family would definitely recommend! We loved Manzanita as a quaint town, away from the rush of more tourist hot-spots like Cannon Beach or Lincoln City. Thank you for renting your home, Beachaven owners! You helped our family have a wonderful vacation at a reasonable rate!

This is very close to the beach and within walking distance to the commercial area of Manzanita. The house was clean and did not lack for amenities. Kitchen was well equipped and there was an abundance of towels and bed linens. No wifi.. .
