Fantastic location! Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, brewery, waterslide, playground, skate park & river walks all within an easy 5 minute stroll. This spaciously renovated property has all of your needs covered. Relax around the inground pool in summer or enjoy the large indoor living area with lovely gas fire in winter. Pets also welcome (on request) in a fully enclosed yard.

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

KITCHEN & DINING
No need for just one cook in this kitchen! A great size kitchen with plenty of bench space and the essential holiday appliance, a dishwasher. With the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, this is a great house for the family to congregate. The dining table seats 12 people comfortably and the kitchen is well equipped with electric and gas cooking, microwave and full sized fridge/freezer.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
A large "L" shaped lounge with bean bags is a great place to gather and chat or chill out whilst watching the large wall mounted TV. The TV is already connected to Netflix or you can tune in on your on devices using WIFI. The lounge also features a beautiful gas fire to warm yourselves by in the chilly winter months.

Heating: Gas fire in the living room, panel heaters in bedrooms 1 & 2 and cassette heating/cooling located near the kitchen.

A practical house which was perfect for our family group, comfortable beds, effective heaters and a well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery etc. Good quality dishwasher was much appreciated. Easy walk into town. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, but in need of some loving.
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed as we stayed here 5 years ago and saw great potential, but nothing has changed in that time. Terrible water pressure, cleaner needs to do a better job - cobwebs and dust everywhere. Garden terrible, with weeds and overgrown shrubs. Bunks beds are dangerous - 2 split heads.
