After living in four continents, we realized that we were in love with Miami and that we should build our dream here. We met while we both were working in tourism. Natalia has a Master in Tourism Administration. Fer has a Ph.D. and an MBA. For us this activity is not just a job. We love what we do and we try to do it better every day. We receive our guests personally and walk the resort with them until they feel they know how to get advantage of all the amenities. Every time a guest leaves, we ask how we could improve their experience and often we follow the recommendations. We are and will always be a boutique operation.
Natalia & Fer purchased this apartment in 2011
Miami’s weather is pleasant all year round, which allows people like us to enjoy the city’s incredible range of activities. From outdoor sports, to a vibrant art and design community, to performing arts and events of all kinds, Miami has never been more busy and sophisticated. We also appreciate the different cultures which, among other things, are to credit for its rich gastronomical selection.
This apartment is very well equipped, with marble floors and details to make your experience unlike one at a hotel, with plenty of details for you to feel at home, pampered. Through its floor to ceiling glass windows you can admire one of the most beautiful views of Miami.
Condo is very beautiful and clean with excellent views. Natalia & Fer’s were very accommodating and always available when needed. Will stay again.
Me and my friends spent 11days in this amazing apartment and it was unbelievable.
The apartment was very clean and spacious with a spectacular view from the 32nd floor. Stunning.
There is a wonderful pool, a great spa, many restaurants and bars
Thank you Natalia for you hospitality and your kindness. You was very available for anything.
We will come back for sure.
Very nice place to stay!
Fairly responsive to needs
Fairly clean, very nice view!
Will definitely stay here again if I am in Miami and need a place to stay!
The apartment is clean, spacious, nicely furnished with a spectacular view from the 32nd floor. Great location.
Natalia is very nice and was very attentive and helpful during our staying in this property.
I would rent it again and recommend my friends to do likewise.
Fantastic 4 night stay, Natalia was responsive and very helpful. Painless checkin, condo was just as advertized, squeaky clean, pool was awesome. Natalia arranged for self parking in adjacent building - I'm not a valet guy - prefer a five minute walk over a fifteen minute wait. Great location too.
Natalie was very pleasant to work with during our 10 day stay at the Viceroy Residences in Brickell. The view from floor to ceiling in this condo is superb. Everything is clean, organized and just as it is pictured on your website. We hope to rent here in the future since our daughter lives nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance.
Thank you Natalie for your hospitality!

Reasons to visit Miami? Enjoying the open spaces, gastronomy, arts, outdoor sports, boating and water sports, galleries, exhibitions, shopping...etc. Others come for real estate investing, to visit the large network of hospitals, the many local universities, to do businesses with the growing number of corporations, banks and investment firms...etc. Below, some spare time ideas you can expand in Bing or Google:
For SUPERMARKETS: Whole Foods is nearby. No need to drive. Cross the bridge and two more blocks to go.
For RESTAURANTS, see our Guest Book, which you will receive in digital after booking (on paper upon arrival). In any case, walk to Mary Brickell Village for dinner, have a drink, see people.
For fancy indoor SHOPPING: walk to the new Brickell City Centre for prime retail and fine dining (for complete list, visit website).
For OUTDOOR shopping, eating and tourist shops, the Bayside Marketplace, by the water.
For PERFORMING ARTS: check the Arsht Center upcoming events. For other events, the American Airlines Arena.
For RUNNING OR WALKING: see our Guest Book. In any case, if you come to Brickell, walk or run around Brickell Key. No cars or bicycles allowed. Just a gorgeous and healthy walk or run.
For MUSEUMS: the new PAMM, Modern Art, and its environment is worthwhile. Very soon the Frost Museum of Science will open doors (1S 2017). Unmissable. Both at walking distance. Or take the free Metromover.
Not walking distance:
For ART, go to Wynwood. Take pictures of the over 200 urban graffiti (perhaps take an Art Walk Tour before). Continue to the Design District for high-end shopping and galleries.
For BEACHES: South Beach (more urban) or Crandon Park in Key Biscayne (more isolated). That key is a tranquil one and so close to town. The drive is gorgeous. Go to the end of the island, to No Name Harbor to see the yachts.
For ART DECO, go to Ocean Drive, at Miami Beach. You will have seen it in so many movies! Once there, go to Lincoln Road, a pedestrian street with tourist shops and non-expensive restaurants.
For a LONG DRIVE, go to Key West. We recommend that you spend one night there to avoid a very long drive. Avoid Fridays in your way down or Sundays to come back.
To finalize, a paragraph from Wikipedia:
“Downtown Miami is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States, and many large national and international companies. The Civic Center is a major center for hospitals, research institutes, medical centers, and biotechnology industries. For more than two decades, the Port of Miami, known as the "Cruise Capital of the World", has been the number one cruise passenger port in the world. It accommodates some of the world's largest cruise ships and operations, and is the busiest port in both passenger traffic and cruise lines.”
