This well equipped house is a perfect place for a vacation. The house is located next to famous Florida beaches like Shamrock Beach, Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach that are about 3 to 5 minutes away by a car or a bike. As the house is located in Venice, there is a bunch of activities you can do in this historical city. It offers a variety of parks, including famous Shamrock park, that has courts for sports and playground for children. Venice is also famous for Sharky's. It is a restaurant that is located next to beach and a big pier. On that pier you can go for fishing, visit for sunsets and dolphins and many more.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is fully supplied and ready for you to enjoy. With a split floor plan – the master bedroom has a king sized bed and master bath located just off the fully equipped kitchen. (Refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc.) The 2 guest bedrooms, furnished with queen sized beds are located at the opposite end of the house with a full bathroom between them. An equipped laundry room is available for your use. The dining area and a large living room are at the heart of this home. From the dining area you enter a Florida room that exits to the enclosed pool. The lanai is furnished with an outdoor eating area as well as chairs for lounging by the pool.

Venice

Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms large with super comfortable beds and pillows. Has Roku TV only. Management company and owner were easy to communicate with. There is no BBQ. It would be a nice feature. Venice beach and downtown a short distance away. Major retailers in close proximity. We enjoyed our stay.

Outside furniture needs to update. Some chairs not in good condition. Dining room wooden suite needs to be replaced. The legs fell off the chairs. Dishwasher needs fixing. Bottom sprayer keeps falling off and does not get dishes very clean. All other furniture in good shape.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

This was a nice home to stay in for our family vacation. It was a nice place to come relax after spending time on the beach. The beds were very comfortable! The pool was nice as well. We didn't utilize the kitchen much during our stay, other than the fridge, but we noticed there was lots of utensils/ cookware available. The property manager was very responsive if we had any issues.

Nice and quiet

My husband and I had our 6 year old and his 16 year old and this house was perfect for us for a few days. The location was good since it was pretty much 15-20 minutes from everything. It was very quiet which was appreciated. The pool is not heated but kids do not care about that!

Listing was as stated. Too bad pool isn’t heated. Solar unit would be a consideration for that.

Check in easy. Could not use pool solar heating might be an option. King size bed and pillows not comfortable. 2 other rooms beds were great. Most items in the house were older and well used. Had couple of issues. One the spare bathroom drain leaked and could not use for 3 days. Very inconvenient as we had guests. So all used our small bathroom. Circuit breaker tripped in bathrooms and took couple of days for that. We had to be there for them to fix issues. Loved the quiet neighborhood and centralized location to beaches and other things.
