Experience Portland's Reedwood neighborhood. A true midcentury modern enclave as unique as the city itself! Welcome to the Raymond Rental, a completely remodeled apartment in one of Portland’s celebrated neighborhoods.

Modern, bright and airy lower-level unit with a large, open living, dining and kitchen area and all the amenities you need (from wifi to a coffee maker) to live, work and explore Portland.

Two bedrooms allow for comfortable sleeping for 2 to 4 people. The first bedroom has a queen bed with comfortable mattresses and linens and French doors that lead out to the patio. The second bedroom has a full bed. The bathroom is newly renovated (2021) and has a walk in shower.

This quiet SE Portland neighborhood is blocks away from Reed College and the canyon, with nature trails. A bit further away is the Eastmoreland Golf Course, and Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden. Stroll to the Woodstock Farmers Market on Sundays. Walk to Gigantic Brewery for a casual beer and burger from the food carts. Get to downtown in 15 minutes.

Second Stay - Even Better

This was our second time staying at this property and we'll keep coming back whenever we're in Portland. Super convenient and close to Reed College, as well as many of our favorite restaurants. TJs is within walking distance and the kitchen is stocked to make real cooking easy. Perfect!

Barbara grew up on the east coast, John grew up in Arizona. They relocated to the beautiful Pacific Northwest in 1994. After selling their historic 1907 house in the Piedmont neighborhood they decided ranch house living was for them and took on a complete remodel in the stunning Reedwood area of Portland.
