Second floor unit with a queen master bedroom and a second bedroom with your choice of two twins or one king bed. Elegant bedding and luxurious towels. Full kitchen - range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender. Utility room offers full size stack washer/dryer with iron and ironing board. Living room and both bedrooms have smart TV's. Plenty of off street parking.

Great location, walk everywhere.

Loved the location. Walk to the best tourist spots, restaurants.

Owner is very responsive to any concerns and gets back to you immediately.

Appreciated the ability to have our pet with us.

The unit is updated very nicely. Very comfortable and clean.

Pricey. The unit is very small 2 bedroom 1 bath.

Noisy. The house is on a very busy corner. One bedroom faces the busy street.

Gave only 4 stars for value due the noise, the price of unit and fees.

close to town but not too close

Cute little apartment with all of the amenities. The real estate company down stairs was very helpful with anything we needed. A little Road noise and the train does come through but we sleep with a fan app. On so you hardly heard it. All in all a 5 star.

Lovely space and convenient to Historic district

Very lovely, extremely clean and comfortable, as well as quiet even though close to US 1/Ponce de Leon. Kitchen was small but had everything including spices, first morning's coffee and tea bags. It's only 4 blocks to St. George's street where a lot of shops and restaurants are located. We will definitely stay here again whenever in St. Augustine!

Great apartment with a great location!

I was unsure at first about the 1st floor being a business, however there was not a heavy flow of people in and out so it did not bother me once we arrived. The second floor unit is absolutely adorable! Upgraded kitchen and bath are beautiful, while the rest of the home kept it's historical integrity with accent pieces. This home does sit beside a busy road, however the traffic did not bother us and it has great views of the San Sebastian River from the windows. The location for walking to the historic downtown attractions was perfect. It is just a few blocks and we felt safe walking with our children even late at night. It is really close to Potter's wax museum so if you're doing the Old town trolley hop on and off there is a stop within less than 5 minutes. This location for walking was imperative to our stay because there is almost no where to park in the historic district. For those with children there is an immense playground very close to this property on Orange St. that also provided entertainment. It is close to grocery stores which helps those who limit eating out and the added bonus of a bbq grill on the back porch which we used a few times to grill chicken and burgers. I can't say enough about the city of St. Augustine itself. Filled will with history and beauty and plenty of local entertainment. Are favorites were the Castillo, Colonial Quarters, Old Jail, and Fountain of youth. I really wanted to do the Flagler Legacy tour and Villa Zorayda but ran out of time. We will be back again! Enjoy your trip to St. Augustine and your stay at this beautiful and convenient property. - The Nasser Family
