Stunning non-Smoking 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Gulf Island Beach & Tennis Club directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The views of the Gulf are spectacular, especially the sunsets over the Gulf. The unit is located on the end of the 5th floor in building 2. No upstairs neighbours! There are 2 side windows with views overlooking Sea Ranch. It is a very private unit.
Remodelled throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, newer appliances, ample cabinet space, and a breakfast bar. The unit has also been recently painted. All of the furniture in the unit is less than a year old. Main living areas and bathrooms are tiled. The bedrooms are carpeted for your comfort.
The dining area has a table which will seat 4 and there is also 2 seats at the breakfast bar.
The living area has comfortable seating with a 46” Smart TV, with sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.
The balcony has 4 high chairs and a table so that you can enjoy the spectacular view.
The spacious master suite has sliding glass doors to the waterfront balcony. There is a queen sized bed and a 42" flat screen TV. There is also a walk in closet, with plenty of storage space for all of your belongings.
The second bedroom contains a queen air bed pull out sofa and also a desk. It is a very high quality air bed and there will be instruction with the pump, should you need a second bed.
The unit has a washer and dryer which are available for your use.
The unit has an underground parking space that is available for your use.
There is cable, high speed internet and a phone also available. Ceiling fans throughout the unit.
Gulf Island is a gated waterfront community with tennis courts, heated Olympic size swimming pool, private beach, and playground area, a walking trail around the water’s edge, where you can fish! The club house has a game room, which includes a pool table and a ping pong table, library, large screen TV, fitness room and there is also a locker room with a sauna!
We only rent out this until for a minimum of 14 days/13 nights. Thank you.

My husband and I stayed at this condo Jan., Feb. & March 2016. It was our first experience renting a condo versus a home and definitely were not disappointed. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the condo complex and the weekly get together that the complex had. We met many friendly people both owners and renters like ourselves. I really liked the bright and colorful décor of the condo. We were able to meet the owner and her family and found them to be very friendly and helpful.
We were thrilled to see dolphins as they swam into the canal or into the lagoon. The sunsets were amazing!!
Loved the area and definitely would consider staying at this condo in the future.
We rented this nicely decorated condo for a week and enjoyed every minute. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony are fantastic and, being an end unit on the fifth floor, provided us side windows and views of the surrounding homes on water. Everything(shy of food/beverages) that you need are provided, the appliances are new, as well as are most of the furnishings. There are plenty of restaurants and retail stores within a 10 minute ride of the facility. The owners communicated with us prior to our trip and were available(not needed) during our stay via phone or e-mail. We hope this unit is available on our next trip to Florida.
The owner Kathryn S. was most accommodating and very easy to deal with - the condo property is well looked after and is in a nice setting - it's recommended for those who like a quiet environment as most amenities are a small drive by car. We enjoyed our stay and the weather was at its Florida's best.
The condo is located in a quiet, secure and relaxing location, but close to local amenities, such as restaurants, bars and golf courses. We are located approximately 1 hours from Busch Gardens and 2 and a 1/2 hours from Orlando. There are many close supermarkets, such as Publix, Walmart and Walgreens. There is a multiplex cinema approximately 10 minutes away.
