Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with a lovely elevated position which captures the cooling ocean breezes and is within a short stroll of Sunrise Beach.
Shrouded with complete privacy in a serene garden setting, the home is fully fenced with electronic gated entry. The heated in-ground pool allows for year-round swimming in warmth and comfort. Soak up the sun on the poolside deck chairs while the kids have endless fun and enjoyment in the pool.
Expansive verandas wrap around 3 sides of the home offering an abundance of outdoor areas to sit and chat or relax and unwind. The large undercover patio offers an excellent option for alfresco dining and family BBQ's.
Internally, the home is very spacious with plenty of natural light creating a beautiful ambience. The 2 separate living areas provide informal and formal living and dining, both complimented by high quality furnishings and air-conditioning for additional comfort.
