Large lounge leading to balcony, kitchen, hallway, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

This recently refurbished apartment is located on the second floor in an exclusive small gated complex set  in beautiful  tropical gardens with a choice of two swimming pools and overlooking Pinhal golf course. The accomodation comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, balcony and new fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops. The complex is maintained to a high standard and is suitable for both families and couples. The  large swimming pools each have separate shallow (0.5m) sections.

The complex is situated in the Old Village, an exclusive area of Vilamoura which has its own restaurants, bars and supermarket within a 3 minutes walk. There is also a tourist train which runs regularly to the marina and local beaches and stops directly outside the complex.

The complex is situated  beside the picturesque Old village which is pedestrianised  and is  2 minutes walk to restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarket. The marina and beach are approximately 10 minutes walk  or alternatively a tourist train runs at regular intervals from outside the complex.Vilamoura has excellent leisure facilities, beautiful beaches and  an exciting marina with a vast array of sporting activities to suit everyone.  There are five centrally located golf courses with several others only a short drive away.Local markets are plentiful and offer a wide range of merchandise at inexpensive prices and of course locally caught fish.

Fantastic apartment in a good location

We had a brilliant stay at John & Christine's apartment. It was really nice and had all the amenities needed. The apartment grounds were really well maintained and the pool was large. All in all a brilliant stay and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful Apartment, Perfect Location

We have just spent the most wonderful 9 days at this lovely apartment. This is our second visit and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment has everything you need for a home from home stay, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, balcony, lovely quiet and very well kept pool area. The area of the old village where the apartment is located is so lovely and quaint with a 15 minute stroll to the marina. I would recommend this property to our friends and family without hesitation and we will certainly be back very soon. Thank you again for a wonderful relaxing holiday

Excellent apartment

We have just spent a wonderful month in this extremely comfortable and well appointed apartment. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds. Excellent service from the owner of the apartment and manager of the complex, any queries dealt with immediately, not that we had many. The gardens and both pools are beautifully maintained and it was a pleasure to look out on them from the balcony, where a great deal of our time was spent as we enjoyed fabulous weather. We would recommend the apartment to anyone and very much hope to return.

Fabulous Apartment, Fabulous Location

Our first holiday abroad with our 2 year old son and we couldn't have wished for anything better.

The apartment was immaculately clean and well equipped. The complex and Old Village is absolutely beautiful, very clean and safe. The village shop had everything we wanted to buy, so didn't have to waste time shopping in supermarkets. The local restaurants were good and everyone was very friendly.

Our son was addicted to the tourist train and asked to go on it every day. It was a great way to get down to the marina.

I would definitely recommend this property and location

Fantastic Apartment in a Great Location

We have just returned to this beautiful apartment for the second time and had yet another fantastic holiday in sunny Vilamoura. The apartment is in a nice little gated complex and is really well decorated, furnished and equipped. There is a nice view out over the pool and everything we needed for a comfortable, happy holiday. The owners were super helpful and they arranged a travel cot at the last minute without a bit of fuss. The apartment is on the second floor but we knew that before we went and it wasn't a problem to get the baby's buggy up and down with 3 of us there. Can't wait to come back. The Old Village complex is literally just across the road with a little train to take you to the marina, a supermarket, bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk if you don't feel like walking down to the marina (about 15 minutes away). There is a great separate pool for the little ones with lovely grassed areas around it and plenty of shade if you want it. Thanks so much for a really great holiday and we will definitely be back again. Tricia and Owen

Brilliant

We loved this apartment. We have had 2 lovely weeks here and there was everything you could need in the apt. It was just as described in the advert and was very clean and well looked after. John the owner kept in touch after booking and before departure. My daughter and her partner joined us the 2nd week and they loved it as well.

The pool area was nice and clean and usually quiet. There aren't loads of beds so it may be a problem at peak times.There are some nice places to eat very close and we really liked Casa Do Largo where the do a lovely steak sandwich amongst other things and the staff are really friendly.There is a lovely coffee shop 10 mins away just past the Spar. We also visited A Carpa and La Pirata which is past theTennis club and heading towards Parque Mourabelle complex and had lovely meals there. We used these restaurants last year as well when we stayed at a different part of Vilamoura.

You can walk down to the Marina in about 15-20 mins and we also walked to Quarteira a couple of times. The tourist train runs once an hour just along from the apartments and takes you to Vilamoura Town.

The Old Village is lovely and we would highly recommend this apartment.

Vilamoura is one of Europe's largest resorts and is situated between Faro and Albufeira. Its stunning marina has an exciting waterfront with a wide range of restaurants, shops and cafes.
