About the property

House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 8

This Coos Bay vacation home has a convenient location, enclosed yard, and is pet-friendly!

With a great location between the towns of Charleston and North Bend along the Cape Arago Highway, this home is ideally situated close to the coast. Access to the coves and bay are right across the road, and there are many outdoor activities nearby to explore!

Inside, this home is relaxed and easy to enjoy. With slanted ceilings, leather couches, and a gas grill, the living room is an ideal place to lounge around. Around the corner, the dining table has eight chairs and tasteful glassware to enjoy a delicious meal over. There are four more spots at the kitchen's center island, and the chef will surely enjoy all the pots, pans, and amenities of the kitchen!

There are three bedrooms in this home - the master has a California king-size bed and a luxurious private bathroom, the second bedroom has a California king, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Thanks to the sofabed and family room in the back of the house, up to eight people can comfortably stay here.

Out back, a two-acre enclosed yard is great for the kids or pets to run around in - for an additional nightly fee, you can bring your dogs here! There are also a fish-cleaning station, gas grill, private washer/dryer, WiFi, cable, and a DVD player for your use.

This abode would be wonderful for a family or a group of friends to rent out together for their beach getaway! With its easy access to the bay and nearby state parks and sandy areas, this home makes a fantastic base for your Oregon Coast adventures.

About Vacasa of Oregon Coast

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Large comfortaable house!

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed the home, and really appreciated that not only is there a dog run, but the entire property is fenced in case a dog gets away. The kitchen has everything you could want and the location is near the best sushi restaurant I have ever been to anywhere, Tokyo Bistro. And also the amazing french bakery, Empire Bakery.

Mediocre at best.

  • 3 of 5

The booking went ok, the place was not hard to find. The location was decent. Still have to drive a few miles to get into Coos Bay. We used it as a home base for a solid coastal Steelhead exploration. This is not the house for that. It is located at the farthest point away from anything. If you’re into just being near the coast, this is the place for that. Anything else, one would be better off staying at a place near ANYTHING.

Home for the Holidays

  • 5 of 5

We grew up in Coos Bay - and needed a place to stay for Holidays with the family. This home worked well for us. The beds are comfortable - except the hide-a-bed. Parking is ample. (although the home is hard to find the first time) We were able to bring the dog. There was plenty of space for all. The kitchen was better stocked than we expected.
