This industrial-chic Gulf Breeze home is luxury at its finest with a 25-foot dock on a canal that feeds into the Santa Rosa Sound! Enjoy a Gulf front vacation with the whole family or an intimate escape with friends!

The canal is a gorgeous waterway lined by palm trees that feeds into the Gulf of Mexico. The home is just four miles from town and two miles from the Naval Life Oaks Reservation (part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore).

The two-story home offers fantastic interior design, two downstairs living rooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a pool table. Relax by the gas fireplace on breezy days or enjoy media entertainment including a sound dock, WiFi, and a flatscreen TV.

Dine indoors at the kitchen island or formal table, or make your way to the lush patio boasting a dining table with seating for six and a gas grill.

The weather will invite you to spend days on the patio! The tropical space is fully stocked with chaise lounges and accent tables so you can sunbathe or relax with a fruity drink and good book!

On the water, your private dock is perfect for fishing and serves as the gateway to deep-sea fishing adventures and dolphin watching. Please note, however, that guests do not have access to a boat lift and that all crafts must be tied to the dock and no more than 25 feet in length.

The Santa Rosa Sound and island community of Gulf Breeze boast miles of white sand beaches and unique habitat. Whether hiking, shopping, or indulging in fresh seafood and margaritas in town, this charming community offers something for everyone!

Great house

Owner very nice. Clean. Internet speed is very slow. No guide to work Direct TV to watch local shows. Ice maker dispenser needs repaired otherwise super property. Would rent again. Thanks John.

John was a perfect host. House is very comfortable and close to all the stores and parks. Perfect for cooking out with family. The breeze on the porch is delightful.

It was advertised as 3bed 2bath. It is not. There are 2beds and an office.

Oven did not work. Coffee maker was sooooo filthy i wouldnt use it. After 5 minutes walking on the floors my feet were black. There was NO privacy. Very few kitchen utensils, no sharp knives. After being charged a huge cleaning fee i was amazed at how little had been cleaned before our arrival. The only reason i give this place 2 stars is for Tucker the dog. He's adorable and its sweet when he comes to visit. This house needs lots of work and about 50 fewer light switches.

Owner's Response: We are very sorry to see this guest was so disappointed with their visit. We have spoken with the owners regarding guest privacy, and we are currently working on labeling all the light switches. The home is advertised as having a loft, not two stories, which is accurate. The cookware and silverware have been replaced. Thank you!

False Advertising!

This home was advertised as 3bd 2ba. It was 2bd and an office. Not 2 story as advertised. There is NO PRIVACY. The owners are always milling around so enjoying the backyard and dock is uncomfortable. The cookware is old, knives can't cut soft butter. The coffee maker was so filthy and corroded with stuff we wouldn't use it. Interesting lighting everywhere! There must be 75 light switches. Good luck getting the right switch. The house has potential but it was NOT as advertised. The one redeeming thing was Tucker the dog. Sweetest little guy in the world.<br />

Very disappointed in the service

I lost 700$ due to the negelience of the staff members! My son had to have surgery and I had to reschedule my trip; once I talked to the staff member they told me they could reschedule . One staff member told me the dates I could reschedule to and the time. I called back two days later to make sure everything was intact and one staff member told me the dates were not confirmed by higher management . But that I would receive a call back from them within 24 hours. They never called back or answered my calls (I left several voicemails because no one will answer the phone!). Very disappointment !
