Fully air conditioned, very tastefully furnished apartment, sleeps 6 adults in 3 double bedrooms, all with built -in wardrobes, one with en-suite. Comes with central heating, making it suitable for long stay winter lettings. The spacious lounge and dining area has stylish furniture, with two sofas, dining table and chairs for 6, satellite TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi system. It opens directly onto a large balcony, with garden table and chairs for al fresco dining. Separate fully fitted modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and washing machine. Iron and ironing board provided. Fresh linen supplied. Hand and bath towels also provided, but not beach towels. Extra charges apply for use of air-conditioning and central heating. There is a communal pool and a private underground car park with lift access. INTERNET access is now available on request.

Golfing facilities: In addition to the local 9 hole Javea GC, and the 18 hole La Sella Golf Resort, keen golfers can also play at the Severiano Ballesteros designed Oliva Nova Golf Resort up the coast or closer to Valencia the spectacular and challenging El Saler Golf Resort, beside the sea and the Albufera nature reserve.

Notes:
Local English speaking driver is available to provide transport from either Alicanta or Valencia airports at very keen prices. Good bus service to port and old town areas. Edificio Blue Marlin is a small building with only 13 apartments which means that the communal pool area and garden are not overcrowded or too noisy. The apartment is on the 1st floor and the balcony overlooks the pool area.

Holiday in September

We had a fantastic holiday here. It was in a perfect position for the beach and restaurants. The flat itself was well laid out with a very large balcony.

There was absolutely everything there. Normally we have to buy kitchen rolls hand wash etc but this was all supplied. A great bonus. Also it was easy for parking.

Perfect choice for a relaxing sun holiday

The apartment is very well appointed and nicely laid out. It is spacious and comfortable. The balcony is a generous size and looks onto the pool at one side and the distant landscape on the other. It is in shade at the hottest part of the day and gets lovely sun in the morning.

Javea is a varied location with three distinct areas, the old town, the port and the beach. We spent most of our time at the beach area, Playa Arenal. It has a wide sweeping beach that was very busy during our stay. It is a lovely place to walk around with lots of cafés and restaurants to choose from. Everything from henna tattoos to real tattoos and piercings and interesting shops of all kinds. The local supermarket Masymas, is very good and we were not disappointed with the quality of fresh food there.

We didn't hire a car for our trip so we were glad the apartment was so near everything. In the morning the rocky beach was only a two minute walk away. You need to be careful on the fossilized beach there that is basically made of very sharp rock, but if you follow the locals you will see there are cement pathways that lead to metal steps with rails (similar to those that you see at the side of a pool) that put you safely into the ocean for a glorious swim.

The sun on the balcony every morning was fantastic and the shade at the hottest part of the day was a bonus. The balcony was a comfortable size and we spent many evenings there enjoying the views.

We highly recommend this property.

Très belle appartement, situé dans un belle immeuble, calme et propre. L'appartement correspond au descriptif. Très bien équipé, climatisation dans toutes les pièces, et une énorme terrasse avec vue sur la piscine.

Appartement spatieux ; calme et très bien équipé avec une belle terrasse bien exposée pour pouvoir y manger à n'importe quelle heure .Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au calme et au soleil .Javea est une petite ville très propre avec de nombreux restaurants en bordure de plage .Il y a de jolies criques à découvrir .

Apartamento muy bien situado, amplio, con una excelente equipación, y situado en una urbanización muy tranquila, ideal para descansar.Los propietarios y la señora que se encarga de dar las llaves, muy atentos. La valoración para mi estancia de 10 dias fué excepcional.

El apartamento esta muy bien, grande con terrazita, cerca de la playa con su piscina... pero no nos funciono la television, ni el agua caliente , no iba la luz de una habitacion, ni el mando del garaje...

Nos solucionaron lo del agua caliente y el mando del garaje pero la television habia un pequeña y nos digeron que nos pusieramos esa.

Nos lo pasamos muy bien pero siempre hay pequeños detalles que fallan.Saludos.

Superb sea side location. The Cabo de San Martin headland walk begins only 2 min walk from the apartment and provides great views of Javea bay and Cabo de San Antonio, just behind the busy fishing and sailing port of Javea. Cycling and tennis can be enjoyed nearby. The rocky foreshore in only minutes where you can swim, snorkel or enjoy sub-aqua. Play golf at the 9 hole Javea Golf Club or the 18 hole La Sella Golf Club just 15 min away by car. Vineyards and orange groves still to be seen in Javea, which has been spared the high-rise blight of many other towns along the coast. Javea has three distinct areas. The coastal part, where the apartment and the wide sandy family friendly beach is located, the charming old port area, with tapas bars and real Spanish restaurants, and finally the old town on the hill where there are great shops and markets and historic buildings to visit. Glass-bottomed boat trips down the coast to Calpe leave from the port several times daily.
