For the Past 7 Years, Luis and Jen Have Been Traveling to the Florida Keys, Staying at Various Resorts and Private Houses. One Year, Dan and Laura Joined Them On a Trip and Agreed, Paradise Was Found! On a Whim, They Decided to Make the Dream a Reality. Futura Yacht Club Met Every Strict Criteria for the Couples. Most of All, Location, Location, Location. Ease of Access, Both by Car and Boat, the Magnificent Views and Added Amenities Made the Decision to Purchase in Futura Yacht Club, a No-brainer!
It was truly an amazing experience for my family and I to stay at Casa Cayo. The place is fully set up for you to relax and/or go boating/fishing. The owner's have thought of everything you need in order for your stay to be wonderful. The boat slip is just steps away from the apartment which was very convenient. As I mentioned to Jen, I will certainly be back.
We really enjoyed our time at this unit. We go to the keys every year and this year was a blast. The ice machine, deep freeze, and boat slip made things very convenient. The owners were very responsive and available to us as well.
We had a great time staying here. This is the second stay at Futura. This property will not disappoint.
Casa De Caya at the Futura Yacht club was fantastic even though there was some building repairs going on the staff and the owner were very accommodating we look forward to coming back.
Great week at Casa Cayo! Jen and Luis were really easy to work with, very helpful and very nice people. Was really windy the week we stayed but the inshore fishing was still a lot of fun! If you are bringing down a boat, the marina is first rate. The slip is right out in front of the townhouse so you can keep an eye on your things. The fish cleaning station was handy to have as well as a hose to wash the boat down with fresh water after you have been out. The ice machine is also really nice to have. It puts out plenty of ice and is very easy to shut it down and clean it out at the end of the week. One of the nicest things is the ramp. We have gone down to this general area for several years now and this is by far the best and safest ramp we have come across and there is plenty of parking for your trailer. The accommodations are also first rate. The place is in great shape and decorated nicely. The beds are comfortable and having cable and wifi is really nice. It's very clean, no mold or mildew anywhere which is rare down there. We didn't have to run the AC much the week we were there but when we did it cooled the place down quickly. The kitchen has everything you need but if your going to cook, bring your spices. The neighbors are all very friendly and helpful. It's a great value and worth every penny!! Thanks to Jen and Luis for a wonderful, care free vacation!! We will be back
This was our first trip to the keys and we loved it. Wouldn't change anything. The house was great. Very clean and comfortable and Jen was very helpful. It had everything we needed and it was really handy to have the washer and dryer. In a great location with stunning views over the bay. The pool was great and the kids loved that they could play tennis and basketball. We have already recommended it to friends. An all round amazing holiday and if we ever make it to the keys again will definitely want to stop here again.!
