This upstairs Getaway has a full kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, dining area, hard wood floors throughout and outdoor barbeque and seating for 2 on the small balcony. Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed. This unit is also complete with privat Washer/Dryer and Air Conditioning with separate climate control for front room, and each bedroom.

loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and had everything we needed, including beach gear such as a wagon to tow the kiddie, sand toys, boogie boards, towels and the such. Would love to stay again.

Fun location, near the beach and town, cute cottage

I've stayed here several times before, and I would stay again. The location is nice because you see some activity outside but not too busy. Easy walk to the beach and to town with good restaurants and Smart and Final grocery store. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped for making meals, and there is a nice feel to the home. Enjoyed our stay.

Corona Del Mar/Newport Beach--Home away from home!

This is by far one of our favorite rental properties that we've ever stayed at! We stayed here last year and couldn't wait to come back again. Doug and Rachel make the stay easy, comfortable, and are fantastic hosts. We love Condo C for our family of 4. The 2 bedrooms are perfect for us. We love all the well-thought-out extras--beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, wagons, beach towels, etc. The unit is always extremely clean, the beds are amazingly comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and it just has everything you would need to feel at home. The garage parking is really nice and convenient, too. Our favorite thing about this condo is the location. We walk to the beach each day, and we love walking to restaurants for meals. There are so many great choices nearby! We also love walking the neighborhood to see all the gorgeous homes.

This truly is a home away from home--we look forward to making lots of memories at the Seaview Getaways and would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful, little, executive apartment.

The property was exactly as we had hoped, beautifully maintained with nice comfy beds. We would highly recommend to family and friends. The location was one road up from the beach and two roads from the main shopping area. It would be nice if the owners could recommend to guests the nearest supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bars.

Another wonderful stay at 301 Marguerite in Corona del Mar!!

On a scale of 1-10, this is a definite 20+!! This property is always immaculate! The beach amenities ( Buckets, chairs and belly boards) were perfect for our beach days !! The washer and dryer in Unit C were very convenient and the laundry detergent was provided. Who else does that?? The individual room air conditioning & heating worked well. We especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen with all the amenities of our home. The owners are committed to providing their guests with a wonderful vacation experience. If there is a concern, it is promptly resolved. We feel fortunate to have found this property through VRBO.
