Eagle Bay Treehouse, walk to the beach (linen & cleaning included)

Eagle Bay Treehouse is a fantastic holiday home for families. The home sits on stilts providing a tranquil escape amongst the surrounding trees and native birds, yet is still an easy walk to the beautiful Eagle Bay beach.

At night you can hear the sounds of the waves crashing and during the day the kids can play and ride scooters in the undercover area below the house.

In summer you can relax on the large wrap around balcony which has an outdoor table and chairs to seat 10. It is a beautiful spot to have a barbeque and enjoy the coastal bush setting. During the winter months there is a wood burning pot belly fire and TV/DVD.

The home offers accommodation for up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

UPPER LEVEL
- 2 large master bedrooms with queen beds (linen provided)
- A third bedroom with 2 singles (linen provided)
- Large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with soaring ceilings.
- 1 bathroom with a bath and shower and separate toilet.

DOWNSTAIRS
- Bedroom with 2 bunks (sleeps 4) which is suitable mainly for children (linen provided upon request).
- Laundry/bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.

LINEN
Linen provided for the bathrooms (hand towel and bath mat) and kitchen (tea towels) and bedrooms (bed sheets, pillow cases and towels).
*Kids bedroom linen and towels provided upon request.

TRAVELING LIGHT?
Beach towels can be included for $10 per person. Please request in your comments at the time of booking.

PARKING
There is parking at the front of the property for 4 cars.

CLEANING
There is no extra cleaning charge when you proceed to booking.

Location:
Eagle Bay is situated a short 8 minute drive south of Dunsborough (supermarkets, restaurants, petrol stations) and is surrounded by the Meelup National Park which has plenty of walking trails. Minutes away you have the stunning Eagle Bay Brewery, Wise Winery and Lot 80 restaurant.

The beach itself is world class and possibly the most beautiful beach you will find in the Southwest. The beach is very calm and is protected from the southwest winds so can be enjoyed all day long and offers excellent fishing and a boat ramp.

Wonderful

Stayed here in Feb 2023. The location is perfect as its a short walk to the Beach. The treehouse is in excellent condition and very clean with all the amenities you will need. Highly recommend you stay, it certainly made a great impression on my visiting mother in law :)

Eagle Bay Treehouse

Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, well kept and ideal location close to the beach. We had a small issue as the neighbour was up very early every morning doing building work but apart from that I would recommend it as a wonderful place for a visit to the South West.

Everything at our fingertips

The location was superb and the house was amazing. Everything we hoped for - the beach was fantastic, proximity to wineries and sight seeing was great. I’m our last night we even saw a whale at Eagle Bay.
