Beautiful studio in great location with wonderful views.
My daughters and I just checked out of the studio this morning and we're already missing it. The studio was so pretty, clean and well stocked. Ann thought of every detail when furnishing it. I loved being able to look out the window and sit on the patio being able to see the mountains. The location is great for shopping the local shops and eating at all the delicious local restaurants. We will definitely be back to Colorado Springs and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Thanks Ann for helping to make our vacation a wonderful experience.

Fun location, comfortable space, patio for evening chats.
I was impressed with the space. Roomier than the picture depicts large walkin closet space was great for dressing in the mornings and kept the living space open. One block away from shopping and dining. We enjoyed sitting on the little patio in the evenings winding down from the day's activities.

Wonderful experience
Excellent stay at this beautiful studio apartment!!! My husband and I had a wonderful visit to Colorado. This studio apartment made our stay exceptional. It is a great location - half block walk to historic old Colorado with shops, galleries and eateries. I especially enjoyed the quilt shop across street. Even though close to activities, it was still quiet with a view of Pikes Peak. Studio was a quick drive to Manitou Springs where we rode cog train to Pikes Peak and also saw Garden of Gods. Another short drive north, we visited the Airforce Academy Chapel which was breathtaking. We drove a little farther and rode the Peak to Peak Highway. As you can see, this studio worked great with its central location. It was a beautifully decorated well stock comfortable home away from home. All new appliances which includes a washer and dryer. Stairs into the studio were pretty steep but handrails were available for use. We would definitely stay here again..

The place you'll HATE to leave
If you are looking to stay in Colorado Springs, I'd recommend this place everytime! I have stayed in other VRBO locations and never have I had them provide so much like Sugar, flour, laundry detergent, trash bags and just simple things. The bed is soooooo comfortable. You will fall in love with the bamboo pillows, they are amazing! The location of the house is perfect! The stores on Colorado Ave are all in walking distance. It is not far from any attractions at all. The view from the front door is something else.... We just left the door open most of the day because of how beautiful and nice it is. I was honestly dreading leaving and jealous of the tenants that call it home just because of how great the place is! Ann is super nice. She met us at the house and walked us through the house which saved us from hunting for everything. I love the fact that while we were staying there she let us know that the next door neighbors were moving in. I feel like she went above and beyond.
