The apartment itself, is spacious and modern in its design and has been tastefully furnished throughout with all fittings being of the highest quality. Megas Alexandros represents a rare opportunity to be close to all amenities yet also be within an idyllic and tranquil holiday complex in central Kato Paphos. This ground breaking new development in the Tomb of the Kings area is situated just a short stroll to Tomb of The Kings Road where all main amenities, bars and restaurants can be found. The complex is intimately designed with character throughout and all apartments benefit from the wonderfully designed semi-circular pool area which is decorated by palm trees, rockery and wooden bridges with stainless steel balustrades. Other high quality specifications include, controlled and secure entrance to Underground car parking, door entry systems, elevator to all floors, marble staircases/landings and communal changing rooms and showers.

The apartment has been equipped as a home and all the little extras make a big difference. On entering this ground floor apartment, you pass the fully equipped kitchen to your right and move into the main living areas. The kitchen's fitted units are accompanied by matching work surfaces, tiled splashbacks and stainless steel handles. Appliances include fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, hob and hood and microwave. From the kitchen you enter the spacious and open plan lounge/dining area. The dining table seats 4, as does the lounge which has very comfortable leather sofas. The lounge has further benefit of TV with Satellite (Premium Channel IPTV) and DVD for entertainment.

Access from the lounge can be gained through full width patio doors to a generously sized terrace which in turn leads out to the tropical pool area. The south facing terrace features a table and chairs to seat 4 as well as 4 sun loungers for further relaxation, and overlooks the pool area and Mediterenean Sea in the distance.

Shade can be gained as required making the area being the perfect place for alfresco dining, relaxing, socialising and generally soaking up the warm Cyprus sunshine.

The property has 2 double sized bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large double bed and en-suite facilities that includes large cubicle with shower, wc and w/h basin. The second bedroom has 2 single sized beds and close access to the central shower room. Between the 2 bedrooms is the aforementioned luxurious and fully tiled shower room with shower, tray, wc and w/h basin. The property is fully air-conditioned with ceiling fans having been fitted throughout. There are also electric background heaters for further comfort in Winter Evenings. Shutters and flyscreens are present on all windows, assisting privacy, security and keeping the apartment dark and cool as required. A supply of fresh drinking water is supplied to the apartment and the water is heated by solar panels. Wi-Fi Included

**The current IPTV system features most UK Sky channels (premium sports, documentaries, movies & music included) as well as many channels in German, Spanish and Russian. It also features a library of 900 movies, series and children's series which is regularly updated.**

''This was our second stay in the apartment and was as relaxing and wonderful as the first. Feels like home from home with the luxury of opening the doors to direct access to the lovely pool area. Location is great, we hired a car this time as wanted to do a bit of sight seeing further a field but next time will likely go back to using the buses and taxis. Restaurants, bars and supermarket in easy walking distance. This year a new fish restaurant was open opposite the apartment and this is where we enjoyed our favourite meal and then just crossed back over the road.

Only needed to contact the local contact Ann on one occasion and she was very helpful as always. Booking the apartment and contact with the letting manager was easy and he was always very helpful and prompt in his response. Only comment to owners is that they should think about a sofa bed in lounge as would have been very happy to pay a bit more and have had the option of someone else coming with us. Everyone around the pool was really friendly and because a number of the properties are owned you meet people who can recommend places you would have not known about. Will definitely be returning to Cyprus again and if we had the choice would not stay anywhere else. .'

''The apartment was spotlessly clean with good quality furniture and accessories. It is spacious and comfortable. The pool is sparkling clean and the gardens beautifully maintained.

The location is perfect, being in a quiet road but within walking distance of all amenities. We were particularly glad that the mini market behind the apartments has reopened since our last visit and that the taverna opposite has opened as a fish restaurant.

The fish restaurant opposite Megas Alexandros is very special, although prices are reasonable. The owners are most friendly and accommodating and the food is amazing. We are all very keen on live music and enjoyed some great nights out, including the Hole in the Wall in Coral Bay where we enjoyed an excellent, cheap meal and great entertainment. Also at the New Horizon on Tomb of the Kings Road. It's also worth booking a table for the Wednesday quiz at DTs, near Lidls supermarket. I also want to recommend Andreas' taxi firm, which supplied us with a 5 star service throughout our stay.

The service provided by is excellent and the personal attention to detail by Steven is much appreciated. The service by the local manager was exceptional: a problem with an air conditioning unit produced an engineer within 45 minutes! Many, many thanks again for a wonderful holiday.'

''Had a wonderful holiday in the apartment, lovely and quiet but walking distance to bars and restaurants. Property was lovely. The location was great, nice quiet location but walking distance to some nice places to eat and close to the bus route if you wanted to go out. Anne was great when we had a problem with the power going out on the first evening and although it was a bank holiday she got things sorted quickly. Andreas the taxi man was lovely and we used him a lot when going out, charged us 8 euros for anywhere in Pathos so was nearly as cheap as getting the bus into pathos and was a lot more convenient and comfortable in the heat. We really loved the villa and family that visited who were staying in hotels wished they were also staying in the apartment as it was so nice with the direct access to the pool which actually made the holiday as it was so relaxing. Was like a home from home as had everything you needed. We are already thinking about booking next year but would likely book both apartments and come out with other members of the family. Had a great time. Julie.''

We spent 10 days enjoying this apartment with the lovely pool. Quiet area within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Close to the bus stop too so convenient for travel all around the Paphos district.

This ideally situated holiday apartment is set in an enviable position just off one of the main thoroughfares in Kato Paphos. Although in a quiet spot, it is within easy walking distance of the essential amenities at Tomb of The Kings Road and the seafront, as well as being only a 10 minute walk to the famous 'Old Town' of Paphos where you will find the municipal markets as well as a large selection of shops, cafes restaurants and other points of interest. Popular restaurants like Olivetos, Fat Mamas, Artio Brasserrie, Youkoso and many more are within short walking distance.

Paphos combines ancient history with a cosmopolitan, modern tourist resort. The area by the coast is known as Kato Paphos and boasts a pretty little harbour and plenty of open air cafes and bars. Further inland is the aforementioned old town of Paphos, known by the locals as Ktima.
