The ladies of the family decided it was time for a Ladies' Getaway, and we chose this house at Providence. The property was spotless, the management company was incredible and the house was well maintained. No issues at all, except turning on the ice maker and the spa bubbles. Both were quickly resolved and I've never met more pleasant management staff! Super nice people, and I will continue to rent from them as long as they can find us a house. One small note: the toilets are not raised and there are no grab bars for elderly or handicapped people. Other than that, the house is great!
Myself and family enjoyed the property very much. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.
The only drawback was that it became cumbersome at times to always stop at the guard gate, and most of the times it was a long line just to get through the guard gate personnel. I understand the need for security, ( which is very much appreciated); however, there could be a better system of allowing renters staying at the properties for an extended period of time to be able to enter the property. For example or a suggestion would be to give renters after the initial check for the first time, that a parking pass or permit be issued during their stay. The permit could show the dates of the renters stay, or even issue an electronic pass that renters could use to open the gate to access the property. You could even give the renters a pass code as you do for the access code to the actual property.
One more thing, this past week that we were staying at the property, it was unusually warm and humid; we were very uncomfortable in the evening with the heat, and the air conditioner did not provide enough cool air.
All in all as I stated above this property was very pleasing.
