This downstairs Getaway has a full kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, dining area, hard wood floors throughout and a spacious outdoor patio complete with seating and barbeque! Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed with sofa bed in front room that sleeps 2. Fabulous location one block to the beach one block to town

Doug Johnston is a pleasure to deal with. The unit is comfortable and has everything you need. The linens are nice and the beds are comfortable. The beach is beautiful and just one block away. CDM is also just on block the other way and you can truly walk to all conveniences. Newport Beach is 3 minutes away and bikeable, Laguna is a lovely 3 minute drive, great views particularly with the top down. We rented a convertible car and appreciated having a garage so we could leave the top down over night.

This by far has been one of the best vacation spots for our family. This particular property has everything you need to get away. My family and I have come here many times over the years and always enjoy it. I believe everyone else has all the details you need in the reviews and are right on point. Experience is incredible and will keep you coming back year after year.

Great condo! The owners have thought of everything.

My family loved this condo. The location was great for walking to town and the beach. The unit was exceptionally clean and impeccably decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of seating at the table for eating and playing games. All appliances and electronics were top-end. We liked the high-tech, no hassle, check in/out procedure. Doug was super to work with and sent information about the area and even some links to aerial videos prior to arrival. It was chilly when we were there so we were not able to enjoy the cozy patio or use the beach toys but we definitely plan to return in the summer to do both.

Perfect vacation spot!

My husband, myself and 2 teen daughters stayed in this great property. We loved walking in the mornings to have breakfast at the Rose Cafe and Zinc Cafe! The unit is a short 2 block walk to the beach which is a popular place to be in the evenings for dog and sunset walks. The homes in this beautiful neighbor are amazing and make you feel like you are apart of this quant community of Corona Del Mar! We would for sure come back and stay in this property which is decorated beautifully! It was extremely clean and all around a great place to rent!

Great location

We stayed for 5 nights in this very cute condo. You can't beat the location. I wish it had more than one bathroom. With 2 teenage girls it was a bit tough. But there were mirrors in every room which was nice when trying to get ready. The owners were very helpful!
