This downstairs Getaway has a full kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, dining area, hard wood floors throughout and a spacious outdoor patio complete with seating and barbeque! Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed with sofa bed in front room that sleeps 2. Other amenities include high speed wireless internet, front room large flat screen TV, DVD player, cable, Coin operated washer/dryer in the laundry room located beside the garage. Beach enjoyment includes umbrella, ice chest, wagon, boogie boards, beach towels and 2 chairs.

Perfect vacation spot!

My husband, myself and 2 teen daughters stayed in this great property. We loved walking in the mornings to have breakfast at the Rose Cafe and Zinc Cafe! The unit is a short 2 block walk to the beach which is a popular place to be in the evenings for dog and sunset walks. The homes in this beautiful neighbor are amazing and make you feel like you are apart of this quant community of Corona Del Mar! We would for sure come back and stay in this property which is decorated beautifully! It was extremely clean and all around a great place to rent!

Great location

We stayed for 5 nights in this very cute condo. You can't beat the location. I wish it had more than one bathroom. With 2 teenage girls it was a bit tough. But there were mirrors in every room which was nice when trying to get ready. The owners were very helpful!

Very Cozy!!

We stayed here for 8 days and absolutely loved it!! Everything you could possibly need or want is furnished. The neighborhood is gorgeous and only a block from the ocean. The beds are very comfortable and the outdoor patio is fabulous! Our hosts were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! We have stayed at many vacation homes and this is definitely in my top 5, we would love to come back!! Thank you Doug for everything your home is lovely.

Fantastic!

Had a wonderful time for the second year. Enjoyed being downstairs with a patio but it is noisier than the upstairs unit. Fabulous location, great cottage feel and terrific landlord. We will definitely go back.

Perfect home and location!!

We loved our stay at this rental- I'm not exaggerating when I say that everything was perfect about it!! Doug is super responsive, check-in was easy and flawless and everything was there that we needed! There are plenty of items to use for the beach, which is a short walk away. There are great restaurants nearby, so that you don't even need to drive while you're there. The area is very quiet and it's a gorgeous neighborhood; I would not hesitate to rent here again!!
