This downstairs Getaway has a full kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, dining area, hard wood floors throughout and a spacious outdoor patio complete with seating and barbeque! Both bedrooms are complete with luxurious bedding, ceiling fans, and Large flat screen TVs with cable for your vacation enjoyment. 1 Bedroom has a King bed and 1 has a Queen bed with sofa bed in front room that sleeps 2. Fantastic!

Had a wonderful time for the second year. Enjoyed being downstairs with a patio but it is noisier than the upstairs unit. Fabulous location, great cottage feel and terrific landlord. We will definitely go back.

Perfect home and location!!

We loved our stay at this rental- I'm not exaggerating when I say that everything was perfect about it!! Doug is super responsive, check-in was easy and flawless and everything was there that we needed! There are plenty of items to use for the beach, which is a short walk away. There are great restaurants nearby, so that you don't even need to drive while you're there. The area is very quiet and it's a gorgeous neighborhood; I would not hesitate to rent here again!!

Perfect weekend destination.

My husband and I spent the weekend at Seaview B.

It was just right for us. We walked everywhere, to eat, go to the beach and shop.

We would diffinately like to come back.

Possibly with our married children and grandchildren for a family reunion.

Doug (the owner) was very helpful and made our stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful condo/excellent location

We were at this condo (Unit B) for a week, shortly after Labor Day (September 8th to the 15th.) As soon as we drove up and saw it, we were very pleased (the entry and front patio looked just like the photos) and then we walked inside and were very impressed. Once again, it appeared just like the photos and was very nicely decorated with quality touches everywhere! We walked to Big Corona beach almost everyday (it's SO close!), and also walked daily around the little town of Corona del Mar. Two of the best restaurants to eat at are Gary's New York Deli (2 blocks away on PCH) and El Cholo, (4 blocks away, also south on PCH.) The few times we drove anywhere, it only took a few minutes to get to shopping and good restaurants. We totally enjoyed our stay--in fact, we have already decided to go back next year!
