Notes:
Treehouse, outdoor hot water shower, kayaks, great road for a run, yummy seafood just down the block. So convenient just off the highway. Interaction with Guests I always like to say hello and goodbye if possible. I am available for suggestions, help, concerns, or not at all if that's what my guest prefers. My phone is always on and I will answer any texts. I can always leave a key if need be. The Neighborhood Quiet street with only local traffic. Great spot for a run, nice walk or bike ride. You can venture over two bridges! There is also a park down the street. And hiking trails close by. Famous Newicks Seafood Restaruant, right down the street. Getting Around Easy on and off major roads. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Portsmouth, close to New Hampshire and Maine beaches. Other Things to Note The suite is so close to the University of New Hampshire, Great Bay National Wildlife Refuge, Kittery Outlet Shopping and so much more.

Amazing!

Beautiful spot! Andra had baked goods, snacks, and diet coke waiting for us. We felt very welcomed. The suite is private and very spacious. We enjoyed the treehouse and kayaking. It's an easy drive to Portsmouth. We would highly recommend this property.

Location, creatively decorated home, great amenities, kayaks

  • 5 of 5

This lovely home sits on the river opening to a large bay, with a mesmerizing view day and night from the deck, screen porch, dining room and living room. The beds are very comfortable, great kitchen well equipped with anything a cook may need. As important is Andra, the host. She is very welcoming, responsive, offers suggestions, and lovely to work with. I would give it more stars is they were available.

Lovely setting on Great Bay with sweet salty air, patio and water-side seating.

  • 3 of 5

Very nice bedroom with great mattress, lots of windows and large bathroom with double shower. Outdoor shower too! First floor room is dark and there's little surface area for simple food prep. The small sink there wasn't working so had to do dishes in bathroom sink upstairs, an added inconvenience.

Owner's Response: This is the first less than 4 stars review ever received. Sorry you didn't like the decor, in the living room, most think it's straight out of a magazine. It's hard to appeal to everyone's taste. As for the sink not working, we are working on getting a plumber in there but I've been fully booked so need to wait till the off season. The suite has a microwave, toaster and mini fridge as stated, not a full kitchen , it's not meant for preparing meals. Too many wonderful restaurants to explore. Maybe next time my other unit with full kitchen. Thanks for coming.
