Love gardening and we're always looking to learn about drought tolerant plants to help with water shortage. This property is centrally located with a stylish & classic ambience. I fell in love with this property because the garden, pool, spa, water feature is absolutely wonderful. Once you enter this property, you are drawn to this unique house with a garden and pool view. The back yard offers a stylish and relaxing outdoor living area. We hope you find your stay the same.

What makes this house unique

Inside of house offers a modern look with open beam ceilings in every room. Views of mountains can be enjoyed in front yard landscaping where there is a bench to sit with your cocktail and watch the sunset. Views of the mountains can also be enjoyed from various rooms inside the house as well as rear yard from pool area. A complete make over and redecorating of house was recently completed. All new appliances, new air conditioner/central heating installed in last four months. Depending on what time of year you stay our house has fantastic citrus trees for your enjoyment. You will not be disappointed staying here at our place.

Beautiful setting, updated with appliances, convenient location to restaurants/ stores.

We had a wonderful relaxing time. There was everything available that we needed for cooking, lounging, etc. It was very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub immensely ! They made us feel very at home!

Slice of paradise

This home is an amazing oasis in the desert! It was nicely furnished and comfortable for 3 couples to spend a long weekend together. The kitchen was furnished with a variety of pots, pans, plates, etc. and basic spices/oils which made cooking easy. The backyard was pleasantly sunny during the mornings and shaded in the afternoons; the pool was amazing during the hot weather. Don and Ray were great to work with--thorough communication leading up to the stay and quick responses during the stay. They even came over when we arrived to do a walk through of the house and clean the stray leaves from the pool. We hope to stay here again on future trips!

Relaxation and Convince Perfection

Rancho Relaxo was fantastic! The house is lovely and so well stocked that we wanted for nothing. The beds and linens were wonderful and so comfortable. The towels were new, large and plentiful. Everything was impeccably clean, luxurious and top of the line. The backyard is beautiful and so relaxing that I just wanted to spend my whole vacation there. I hope to return many times. The hosts were so warm and welcoming they even gave us a bottle of champagne for our first night which we drank in the jacuzzi. Thank you Don and Ray!!!!

Wonderful dog-friendly property

My husband and I and our two dogs thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at this property. The house was spotless and nicely appointed. There was everything that one could possibly need for a wonderful week long vacation. We attended the BNP Tennis Open on several days and the house was about a 20 minute drive from the tennis gardens and about a 15 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs. It was also about a 5 minute drive from the Cathedral City Dog Park.

Don was so gracious in showing us how to use the pool and spa controls and had a freshly laundered dog bed for our dogs as well as a welcoming dog bowl of fresh water. We could not have asked for more. The pool and back yard are so beautiful!!! We would return for sure.

True to it's description, it was a great family-friendly & pet-friendly home!

Don & Ray's property was fantastic and perfect for my family (and our pup's) Christmas holiday in Palm Springs! The house is stylishly decorated and well-equipped with everything we needed -- fresh towels laid out in every room; comfy beds; and a kitchen complete with all the pantry essentials and brand new appliances.

Best of all, the backyard has a HEATED POOL! It was luxurious to swim in warm waters even in the middle of winter : )

Don was incredibly easy to work with and super-responsive. He and Ray even met us upon arrival to show us around the property and they had a really handy binder of info on Palm Springs on local attractions, shopping and dining. Even though we didn't need to reach out to them during our stay, it was really nice knowing that if anything should come up, we could easily reach them on their mobile numbers.

All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at Rancho Relaxo!

Ellen was very attentive and took notes as I was telling her how the pool and spa operates. Ray and I could not have had better renters. After they departed I went in the house and they left it immaculate. This is the perfect getaway! Exactly what we were looking for.

We had a fantastic time at this property. It's the perfect place to relax, swim, and enjoy the weekend. It's super dog-friendly, with an enclosed backyard. The kitchen is well appointed, the pool is perfect, and the outdoor area has great shade. Don and Ray have created a lovely home and they are the nicest! They went above and beyond to ensure we (and our pups!) had the perfect weekend. We will definitely be coming back.
