Cute and close to beach

We drove to beach, it was too far to walk if you were carrying beach gear. The furniture was outdoor furniture and uncomfortable not what was in the photo. The people above us was very loud, sounded like they were going hto come through the ceiling. Used the app to report toilet not flushing with no response. No water pressure in the kitchen. Handle to water in shower fell off when turned. Would not rent again. This is actually the first time I have felt it necessary to give a bad review of a place.

Close to beach! Great location

This place was great, we got free trips on the dolphin cruise, a sunset cruise, we got to spend $75 (free $) at Dave and Buster and were even able to secure Mindworx tickets through the same "provider." The place is simple, it's not a resort. It's s functional 1 bedroom "unit" with enough space for a small family or group. I was a bit fearful of the upstairs neighbors per all the other comments, HOWEVER, I'll be honest it seemed to me like no one who wrote those reviews has ever lived below someone, which I'm jealous. :) If you have lived in a lower level, it's just like that if there is someone upstairs. Yes the location is not directly on the beach but it seriously take less than 2 mins to get out the front door and onto the beach access. They do have some beach "things" (chairs, boogy boards, sand castle accessories) that they allowed us to borrow. Of course take care of these and leave behind anything of yours that you you may no longer need or want so future guest can enjoy too!! Overall I would definitely recommend this place and if I'm back in PCB anytime soon will be looking here or at one of their other locations!

We also made a last minute booking and the price/availability fit. A few things to note: the description as a cottage is misleading as it sounds like a stand alone structure, not a triplex with stomping upstairs neighbors. The "king" bed is two twins pushed together, frustrating for two who sleep close, and needs another blanket. Changing to a true king mattress would make the listing more accurate. The space was what we needed for our fishing getaway and the outdoor wash station was valuable.

Charming Beach Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Adorable Cottage C. It was clean, well appointed, and only a block walk from the beautiful beach. It was within walking distance to restaurants too. You could park right outside the unit. The owners were kind and helpful. Would love to stay again!
