This is a super comfortable basement apartment perfectly located in a great neighborhood in Murray, Utah. There are several nearby food options. 250 mbps internet speeds, Netflix, off-street parking, access to laundry, access to hot tub (October - March). The couch is a sofa sleeper providing beds for up to 6 people. We'd also be happy to set up a pack n' play if you have a small child. Rate is for parties of up to 4 individuals - additional people are $7/day. We live upstairs and we do have 2 small children. The home is well insulated, but you may likely will hear some noise from our kids on occasion.

This apartment was just as advertised and like the pictures. It was clean and very nice. Perfect for us and our 2 daughters. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Ryan the host was very friendly and helpful. We will gladly stay again when we're in the area.
I must admit, renting a basement of a house with the family living upstairs was unusual when I made the reservation, but it worked out beautifully. The space was really nice and a true value for the money spent.
Although the entry way was a bit odd the actual apartment was open and neat and trendy. It was the perfect quiet zone for me and my two kids to relax and nap during our vacation/wedding events. It was right around the corner from everything it seemed! If you have any young kids and happen to meet the family, they are so nice and friendly. Being an attached apartment there was a bit of worry about privacy/space but unless we were seeking to run into the family we never did and we felt like we still had our own private space. Anyone who stopped by for a visit LOVED it too. I just can't get over how perfect it was!
Ryan and family offer a nice basement unit for four. Location is close to local ski areas and nicely furnished with queen bed and two twin beds. There is off-street parking available for two smaller cars and basement access is via a separate exterior doorway. Kitchen is adequate and living room is comfortable for four adults. Nice family atmosphere and children did not bother us at all and we enjoyed meeting them.
We were visiting our son who works at one of the local ski areas during the winter. We needed a place to rest our heads after a long day on the mountain, cook our meals and "hang out" in the evening. The apartment was perfect for all those things! The layout of the space works well for 2-4 people, the bedrooms are good size and there is plenty of closet space! Jamie and Ryan were very accommodating and helpful and we loved meeting their adorable daughters!

Stayed at this property for the purpose of accommodations for skiing up the Cottonwood canyon ski areas, and it ended up being ideal for that purpose. At a fraction of the cost of staying at the ski area, we were only 45 minutes from being in the lift line for either Alta or Brighton for first tracks. The property itself was spacious and comfortable, with the added benefits of having a kitchen, tv, wi-fi and availability of a hot tub. Close to restaurants and shopping. Great hosts!
