About the property

Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath beach getaway just steps from the pool!

I know you will enjoy staying in our newly furnished vacation home! The living room is finished with soft colors, a leather sofa sleeper, loveseat, and a 48 inch wall-mounted, flat screen TV. In May 2016, we replaced the carpet throughout the unit. The dining room has a bar height table with a natural stone top and super comfortable bar stools. It's a great place to play cards and enjoy your favorite cocktail. You can gaze out the large slider door and see the beautiful ocean, just beyond the board walk.

The master bedroom has high end furniture and a brand new, extremely comfortable king size bed. There is another flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Look out the large window to see the beautiful grounds and pool, and a nice view of the ocean. You will have no trouble storing your items and clothing in the large armoire and lingerie chest. The closet is also large, with plenty of hangers! There is a private master bath attached. In Oct. 2016 we gutted the bathroom and replaced with high-end finishes including Carrara marble tile and a 36 inch Pottery Barn style vanity.

The second bedroom is finished in a tropical flair with a queen sized bed and wicker furniture. Plenty of storage in the large dresser and of course, another flat screen TV. There is a large closet with plenty of hangers and an iron and ironing board in case you need to refresh your clothes. Step into the hallway to access the second bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has brand new appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and ice on the door. Plastic or glass? Whatever your preference, we have plenty of dishes and serving items in the organized kitchen. With the programmable coffee maker, you can have your coffee waiting for you in the morning, then go out and sit on the patio and listen to the surf. There is a full-size, nearly new, GE washer and dryer in the laundry area adjoined with the kitchen and a window that looks out to a small courtyard with a bench. We added a de-humidifier which makes a world of difference and keeps the humidity low. Also new in 2016 is a storm door at the front entrance so you can keep the light shining in during the day.

There are beach and bath towels galore, extra sheets, blankets and most every linen you could possibly need. We have 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and several beach bags and coolers so there is no need to drag all that stuff from home. There is also a twin cot with a memory foam mattress in case you need an extra bed or need to separate your children. The condo is equipped with cable, wifi, a dvd player, and a CD boombox. I want all the comforts of home when I am there and I know our renters do too!

What makes this condo unique

I know you will love this complex as much as we do! The grounds are beautiful and tropical, the pool is ocean-side, in the middle of the complex and there is plenty of green space for kids to play. Pick up a bag of charcoal and grill your favorite foods while listening to the waves roll in and out. There are only 72 units and 4 floors so the pool, grounds and beach are not over-crowded. It's very private, with a large green space in front that shelters the buildings from A1A and businesses in the area. However, if you wake up and want a great breakfast or lunch, you can walk across the parking lot to Barrier Jack's and enjoy all the special dishes they offer.

This property is a wonderful choice if you are visiting Cocoa Beach. Great location and very quiet

We found this condo to be excellent! It was the perfect location for what we needed. Beautifully decorated and has everything that you will need for your stay. It is located near many great restaurants and is right on the beach. The condo is on the ground floor and is closest to the swimming pool. It is also very close to the walkway to the beach. It is by far the best one that our family has ever stayed in and we loved Cocoa Beach. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and also to eat well, this is it. It is also around 45 minutes from Orlando, which gives you even more choices for entertainment if you would like to make a short drive. All in all, I highly recommend this property. We hope to visit it again next year.

Clean, with all the beach accessories!

We loved our stay at this rental. It was a perfect quiet get away for my husband and I. The place was clean and had everything we wanted for the beach-coolers,umbrella,beach chairs,etc! It’s right outside the pool so that makes it nice for people with children. We will definitely return!

The condo was clean and recently updated. It was decorated tastefully and had everything we needed.

The pool was very nice, as well as access to the beach. The property is beachfront and was just on the edge of the downtown area, which was full of great places to eat. Everything was clean and well maintained. We met a few folks there that owned other condos at the property. The property is one of the smaller ones around, but had a more personable and friendly feel because of that. The owners had everything we needed at the beach, which was awesome because we flew into Orlando and couldn’t bring a lot of that with us. They even had beach/sand toys which our 5 year old was excited about. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. We really enjoyed staying here.

Amazing stay close to Disney!

As a family of 4 we enjoyed this ground level condo for 3 days prior to our Disney adventure! It’s steps away to the heated pool and beautiful beach! The condo is very clean and comfortable! Definitely would recommend!!!

Excellent Stay!

We had an excellent stay! The condo is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. And It is so nice and clean also. The owner has considered everything that guests might need. And when we arrived after Thanksgiving a small Christmas tree was lit. I loved it! We will definitely be back.

Feels like home

Loved the condo. For us , the carpeting throughout the place was key, as our 3 young kids play rough, and it's much better to fall on carpeting than tile! We were very impressed by all the kitchen amenities and beach gear, which made it feel like home. Walls were thick so we didn't hear outside noise. The pool was a fun play area for the kids and of course so was the beach. The owner was very responsive to our questions and we all had a lovely time at this place. Highly recommend it!

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
