*PLEASE NOTE* Due to furnishings and breakables, this residence is best suited for travelers with children aged 8 and above. Reservation requests require submission of ages for each minor in your travel party .

Reservation Payments: Reservation quotes are for payments made with eCheck or bank transfer. There is an additional 3% added to the quote for payments made by means other than eCheck/bank transfer. The 3% may be deducted from the refundable damage deposit , barring any applicable damages.

This is a spacious 1267 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath end unit which has been completely renovated .

Upon entering, you'll appreciate the open floor plan allowing you to take in the full view of the living space which opens to the nicely appointed kitchen and continues through the dining and living areas out to the patio/lanai. This light and bright end unit offers beautiful views of the tranquil gulf waters through the swaying palms from the fully enclosed lanai (enclosed porch) or master suite. The tastefully furnished living area includes a sofa which pulls out to a full bed , comfortable leather chairs, and flat screen SMART HDTV. Complimentary *standard cable television package & WiFi service is provided.( Premium channels such as HBO, Showtime,.. are not included in the rental rate and require an additional fee)

Paper towels, napkins, toilet tissue, Kleenex, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, HE LIQUID laundry detergent, laundry stain remover, dryer sheets, and bleach. Each condominium has it's own large, private Beach Storage Cabana which is conveniently located just steps from the sand. This cabana comes complete with a beach cart, lounge & beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, fishing rods and tackle for your enjoyment.

Property Amenities:

The Bay Tree Club community includes 2 pools; one gulf-side and one bay-side, 2 picnic/grilling areas, beach storage cabanas, beach-side restroom facilities, beach-side rinse -off shower, complimentary boat/kayak docks and great fishing from the beach or dock.

Parking: Park in the shaded designated space within our securely monitored lot. Ample guest spots are available for your visitors as well.

Upon entering the unit, you will find a "guide" booklet assembled by the owners. It contains specific unit information such as the WiFi password, appliance operating instructions, condominium association rules, property office location *for pick up of ( mandatory) parking pass. This booklet also provides area maps, attractions, favorite restaurants, locations for nearby groceries, sundries, etc. We employ the "honor system" for sundries and paper products:You should have the following upon your arrival and should replace the following upon your departure so all guests have the same "start up" items: toilet paper: 3-4 rolls minimum paper towels: 1 roll minimum liquid hand soap ( or refill) 2 full dispensers liquid dish soap: 1 bottle dishwasher detergent: minimum for 4-6 cycles HE Laundry Detergent: minimum for 4-6 loads dryer sheets and stain remover: minimum 4-6 loads napkins, paper plates, plastic cups and plastic cutlery for picnics/ beach transport and use PLEASE RECYCLE

Wonderful Vacation!

Our family could not have asked for a better vacation than we experienced staying in this condo. The location was close to everything we wanted to do from restaurants, outdoor sports and shopping. We could walk to the beach in less than five minutes. Turtle Beach was peaceful and was not crowded. We watched dolphins, manatees and turtles regularly from the beach. The condo itself was in perfect condition and well stocked with everything we needed plus extras such as beach towels, beach bags and coolers. We also had a selection of beach chairs and umbrullas, toys, fishing equipment etc. available in the cabana. The condo complex itself was quiet. All in all, I would rate it a "10" and recommend it highly.

Tastefully decorated with nearly everything you might need for a great beach vacation.

Everything was updated throughout from granite countertops and tile flooring to comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked for meal prep, beach towels, chairs and toys provided, and a handy cabana to store all of your sandy beach accessories along the walk back from the beach so that sand was kept to a minimum in the condo. We nearly had the beach to ourselves at Tree Club which is toward the south end of Siesta Key and we enjoyed finding dozens of small conch shells in the clear blue gulf water. Sea turtles crawl onto the beach during the night to lay their eggs and local preservationists stake off the nests each morning. We saw manatees swim by in the gulf and on the inter coastal water way from the Tree Club boat pier. I only caught 2 fish and no luck crabbing during the week, but we enjoyed a daily visit from a gopher tortoise near the shower at the dunes. Gas grills with propane and utensils and picnic tables are provided for anyone to use near the dunes also. In addition to access to the water on both sides of the Key, there are 2 swimming pools. There was fun night life a short drive away on the north end of Siesta Key. We enjoyed seafood restaurants, (Captain Curt's on Siesta Key and Phillipi Creek & Captain Brian's on the mainland) and shopping at St Armand's Circle. All around a great vacation. The only negative that the Owner will hopefully have addressed had to do with the appliances. Both the dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer appeared to be new top end appliances. However, the dishwasher door would not stay tightly closed and interrupt the cycle so dishes wouldn't be cleaned unless you continually return to push the door closed every few minutes. The clothes washer and dryer seemed to be in perfect working order and we used them a lot, but the dryer vent in the wall must be clogged with lint since it took way too long to dry a load, especially large loads of beach towels. The Owner was obviously very organized with her meticulous labeling of everything with instructions for visitors, so I'm sure she will address these reported inconveniences. I highly recommend this condo for your family beach vacation.

Amazing rental

We couldn't have asked for a better spot to enjoy Siesta Key. The beautiful condo was roomy, clean, bright and well equipped. The owner was great to deal with and we plan to return to this rental in the future.

Great condo. Had everything u needed and then some. Done this in other locations and this is top notch in my mind. The staff is very friendly, and so helpful. Grounds are beautiful and the pool is amazing. The beach is not the greatest for swimming but still wonderful. Overall this will absolutely stay high on my list.

Tranquil stress free vacation

My husband, two sons, and I, along with my parents enjoyed a two week stay in this lovely condo. Upon stepping through the door we immediately felt at home. I don't think I've ever packed so lightly for a vacation. Marla and Debbie have truly thought of everything. The linen cupboard was well stocked with towels, sheets and the like, as well as beach towels and even extra beach bags. The kitchen was well supplied with everything from dishes and flatware, to loaf pans and muffin tins. The beach side storage cabana was very well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys as well as a handy cart on which to haul everything back and forth to the beach. The entire complex as well as the beach was very quiet and peaceful. Many days we had the entire beach to ourselves.

Debbie was wonderful to work with from her first email when we booked the condo in January right down to the emergency text I sent her because we accidentally locked ourselves out of the apartment. The entire experience was wonderful. We definitely will be back again.

The owners and previous renters have compiled an extensive guidebook of area maps and attractions, including favorite activities and restaurants. The guide also contains condo association rules, office /parking pass information, Wifi password, etc. Many recent guests have continued to add to this handy guide which is conveniently located within the unit.

Be sure to make time to head down early Sunday evening to see the weekly Drum Circle Performers right on the public beach. It's a free family friendly event you'll surely enjoy!

Additionally, Crescent Beach occupies the middle of the island, and laid back Turtle Beach occupies the south end where this property is located. Turtle Beach Refurbishment including directly behind our private deeded gulf side residence was completed in the spring 2016. The newly expanded beachfront looks amazing!

All along the Siesta Key shoreline, all three beaches offer public access points with restrooms and picnic areas.
