Great property. Location is excellent and the layout of the condo - separate space when wanted.

Rude Mgmt. Co. Nice condo!

The only reason I did not give the unit 5 stars is because of the management company. The 20 something year old girl who checked us in, was very rude and unprofessional. The unit was to come with 1 assigned parking spot for $30 per day. We were told that there was no parking available, and the nearest parking is a 6 minute drive.

The unit itself is located in a prime location, spacious, and clean. We were able to come back for lunch and relax, before heading back out to the slopes. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

I believe that our coworker didn't do the best job of explain the parking situation in more details. I would like to point out that this employee is no longer with the company. However, I also would like to note that the unit DOES NOT come with the assigned parking. The resort has limited parking available and it is first come and first served basis. Therefore, we reach out to our guests at the time of the booking advising to reserve the parking space in advanced. There are alternative parking lots on the shuttle route that are available if the resort parking is sold out. Again, thank you for your comments and we are glad that you enjoyed the property. Location and Quiet too so close to town and Skiiing

We have been coming to Breckenridge for years and have stayed at a variety of properties in the summers, falls and winters. First, the location cannot be beat for skiing. Very easy access to Peak 9 (short walk) and easy to get to Peak 8 via a few lifts. We were a little concerned that this location would be loud given it is right in the middle of everything. This is actually one of the more quiet locations in all of Breck...believe it or not. Mostly families with children staying at the Village complex. The underground parking is super too. Also, the way, the property is built, there are no long hallways to attract noise. Each floor has only a few units.

This particular unit could use a little updating but it wasn't bad. We would have given it 5 stars except for two things. 1) The kitchen was not clean at all when we arrived. The surfaces, sink, pots, pans, coffee maker and toaster were filthy. 2) The coffee maker and toaster need to be replaced...they are old...really old (I think my grandmother had the same coffee maker in the 1970s) and spending $20 on a new toaster and coffee maker every few years is a small investment to make this a great property.

Otherwise everything was great....also some nice views of Buffalo Mountain from the living room. Plus very easy and well light walk to and from town at night....most places in Breck are not this convenient.

Clean and spacious
