The master bedroom on the top level is a massive room with a private verandah and views over the pool and sea. It is a stunning room with the feel of living in a luxurious tree house and you may never want to leave.
Alongside the house is a shared, large rectangular pool with Roman steps at one end. The pool is mosaic tiled in a dark cobalt blue color that keeps it exceptionally warm throughout the year. The grounds are well developed with mature trees and shrubbery and there are over a dozen coconut and other palms along the beachfront for shade. There are separate beach access gates for the upstairs and main level flats, each with their own outdoor shower and lounging/seating areas. Brighton Beach itself, is a wide, calm beach ideally suited for all kinds of activity. The swimming and snorkelling is very good and you can jog or walk on uninterrupted on the sand for well over a kilometer in each direction.
Other positive features are that the location is excellent for access to downtown, West Coast, Warrens and the ABC Highway. Brighton Road is just off of the Spring Garden Highway so the house is not on the main road and there are no buses or major truck traffic on your doorstep. The property also enjoys good breezes for most of the year as it is not in the shadow of the more elevated lands along the west coast. An ideal family residence in quiet area with good security.
