Very nice condo

  • 4 of 5

We did have a issue when we first arrived at the Condo but the owner was very nice to help us to resolve the problem. I would recommend anyone to stay in this condo because the owner was very helpful. The condo was fairly new and pretty. Jean

Great property

  • 4 of 5

This is a great property; well stocked and clean. Beds are firm, which we loved. Could use more towels for extended stays. The only downside to this property was the stairs. They were extremely slippery when wearing socks which was hazardous.

Owner's Response: Hey Charlene, Thank you so much for your feedback on the stairs. We have changed the cleaning solution to resolve this issue. Megan

Girls Soccer Weekend

  • 4 of 5

This was a perfect find for us. We had a last minute notice that our tournament was moved from Gatlinburg, TN to Asheville and that there was limited hotel options for a reasonable price. So I immediately thought about finding a home for the weekend. It was perfect. We were able to get to our fields very easily, do some sight seeing, eat at amazing places and come back and play board games or just chat. As parents, we voted this our favorite weekend of travel soccer.

The house was perfect for the girls and the parents. We really just used it to sleep and relax in but had we planned better, we certainly could have cooked, as the kitchen was fully stocked and there was plenty of room to enjoy a meal. There was enough blankets, pillows, towels, etc so there is no need to bring these. I love that there were two nice living room areas, this allowed the parents to sit and talk while the girls played upstairs.

The only reason this is a 4 star is that we could not figure out how to get the cable box to come on upstairs, this would have helped getting the girls to sleep as they all camped out in this room. Since it was the weekend, we didn't expect the cable company to come out. Additionally, we had a lot of lightbulbs out throughout the house and this made getting settled in a bit hard since we got in after dark. Other than that, this was a great house, great location and we would totally stay here again!

Owner's Response: Hi Isabel, I am so sorry about the cable box being out during your stay and appreciate you being so understanding. We have had the unit serviced and replaced all of the broken light bulbs. Really appreciate your feedback! Megan

Clean and comfy

  • 5 of 5

Nicely arranged for couples or families or small groups traveling together. Kitchen is well equipped. Clean and comfortable. Two living areas is a plus. Simple but stylish furnishings. Dining chairs were uncomfortable after a while--we were playing games--but fine for meals. Parking is tight, but manageable. Steep drive up.

Nice, comfortable and clean

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable and clean. The location was not bad about 7-10 minutes from everything. At the end of the day it was a nice place to come back to and relax.

Great home away from home!

  • 4 of 5

Great place in a nice area. We really enjoyed our stay. We tried one restaurant in the list of recommendations for breakfast -- The Local Joint -- it was awesome! We found your notebook very helpful. It was everything we wanted it to be, nice bedroom/bath downstairs for 84 year old mother and space upstairs for the rest of us. Only complaint, which prevented a five star rating, was the hard beds. Not a really good nights sleep for anyone. One of us moved to the couch for comfort, but that didn't help. Also, several light bulbs were burned out. Would definitely stay again... especially if some comfortable deep toppers were put on all of the beds. Thanks.
