Very nice

Awesome place to stay. We stayed for over a week and a half and had a fantastic time. It's proximity to front Street is perfect and parking is never a problem on the streets.

Free street parking on Wainee Street. Parking on-site requires a parking pass at the front desk for $20/day or at a pre-paid rate from Coconut Condos for $17.50/day. This payment must be paid 7 days prior to arrival to receive the discounted rate. In an effort to provide a more affordable option for our guests, we have negotiated a special "Coconut Condos Rate" with Republic Parking lot located at 129 Dickenson St. (at the corner of Dickenson and Wainee). The rate is $10 per 24 hours. We have provided a link for the required parking pass below that must be visible on the dashboard of your car at all times for rate to be valid. Please print out the pass and bring it with you for your stay. Please note, for stays 14 days or longer, we do require a mid-stay clean for an additional fee of $115+tax.
We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance. No refunds will be given for storms and hurricanes. In the case of “Hurricane Warning” for Maui, a one-time date change, without penalty, will be available within 48 hours of arrival. Date changes must be made within 1 calendar year of original dates of stay.
