The chair is located on the balcony of this 1,100 square foot condo on the 7th floor of the Gulfview. It sleeps four, with one king bed and one queen, and comes with two bathrooms and covered parking.

Now here’s a common conversation people have while sitting out on the balcony: “Shall we go for a swim?” “Where, the ocean or the pool?” “I was thinking both.”

You can see the pool they’re referring to down beside the sand, in the midst of all those palms and lush greenery. It’s a heated pool on a spacious patio filled with tables, chairs and loungers.

Now see the glass table on the balcony in front of the chairs? That’s where you’ll place your tropical blended drinks as the sun nears the horizon. This balcony faces southwest, so you can look forward to spectacular sunsets depending on the time of year.

Step inside and have a look at the stylish interior. When you’re sitting on the sofa, see how the image of Crescent Beach fills the room? The mirrored wall behind the sofa reflects the view so you can also see it from the dining room, with its hard wood floors, and the summer kitchen, which is filled with all modern appliances and cookware.

You can also see the view from the master suite, which includes an ensuite bathroom featuring a tile-walled walk-in shower.

This unit comes with three different cooling devices – air conditioning, ceiling fans and night winds off the ocean. It features comfort-enhancing amenities like Wi-Fi, cable and big screen TV and same floor laundry facilities. It also comes with everything you need for the beach, including chairs, umbrellas and a cooler.

We have stayed at Gulfview 5 times and twice in this unit. Pleasantly surprised and the lovely new decor. Master King bed was very uncomfortable however. But we were very pleased overall. Your rental company was excellent.

When we arrived on February 1, at Gulfview 711, around 3:40 (check in was to be 3:00) the cleaning was not complete and the cleaning people asked for an additional hour. We sat at the pool til 4:45 to allow them to finish.When I e mailed MIVP I was told cleaning was done about 4:00 but I highly doubt this as beds weren’t made or kitchen clean when we walked in at 3:40. I was also told there would be no concessions made per rental agreement allowing for unit not to be ready if there is an unforeseen event. I doubt there was an unforeseen event and most likely the cleaning people just had too many units to clean in a day. Another issue with management arose regarding rental for next year. Our 4 year old granddaughter died unexpectantly on 2/21 and we checked out a week early. My husband spoke with an agent on 2/26 and said we were interested in renting February 2019. We have rented the unit for 3 years and were previously given first right of refusal for the following year. When I received no communication on March 1, I e-mailed management on March 2, stating our desire to re-book but received no response. I called on March 5, after the weekend, and was told unit was rented for January and February 2019. As I was confused about no contact re: our decision about 2019, I was told I would receive a phone call from an agent that day. I received no call so e-mailed again on 3/6 and later in the day received a response saying unfortunately reservations were accepted for January and February 2019. We are very disappointed at not being offered the unit after 3 years there and feel the management was unprofessional. We enjoyed our three February months in Gulfview 711.

Rules and regulations were applicable to a select few. It advertises it sleeps4 but there were only 2 chairs for the balcony and 2 chairs for the beach.. Most of the management staff were not very friendly . It states no outdoor grilling but after being there for 3 weeks we discovered there was a grill for which you signed up for a time to use it.

Marco Island is a beautiful and relaxing area for a vacation. Lots of restaurants and easy access to everything by car. Our condo unit was very nice and had most of the items we needed. We truly enjoyed the pool, the beach and mostly the great view from the balcony!

We were pleased with the condo. Nice location and great view of beach. Great facilities at building with large pool and surrounding patio. A few item were in need of repair in the unit,which were promptly and effectively addressed by MIVP. Marco is a great vacation area.
