This two bedroom apartment is on the prestigious Riviera Fort 4* Complex, situated in a prime location just on the outskirts of the popular small town of Ravda (5 mins walk) and also close to the ancient picturesque town of Nessebar. The gated complex has 24/7 security and is frontline to the beach. English speaking management are on hand to help make your stay enjoyable and can advise on car hire, taxis and if required can book excursions.

This 4th floor apartment (stair and lift access) has two balconies both have sea and coastal views and have patio furniture and loungers. This is a lovely apartment (with air-con) on a family orientated complex, which has walkways and landscaped gardens as well as a children's play area and tennis court.

A lovely apartment in with a great location both quiet and yet within 5 minutes walk of the town of Ravda.

A spacious open planned living dining area with tasteful modern furnishings. It has a double sofa bed, dining area with table and chairs, TV cabinet with channel TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs. A door leads to a balcony. Air-conditioning unit with remote controls. The tiled kitchen area is fully fitted and contains a large fridge with freezer box, oven with extractor fan, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and many utensils. There is ample crockery/cutlery an iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

The main bedroom has sea and beach views, ample storage with en-suite facilities and door to private balcony with sea views. Hairdryer and safe are provided. Bedroom 2- with twin beds ample storage throughout. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and are comfortably furnished. The two fully tiled shower rooms have mirrored and illuminated cabinets, wcs and basins.

This is a well planned out apartment with the bedrooms not adjoining the living area but off a tiled hallway.

There is a shared pool, a jacuzzi and a children's pool which in the summer months has a lifeguard on duty. The onsite bar/restaurant serves good quality, competitively priced food both day and evening.

This property is in a lovely location and well situation on the outskirts of Ravda so it has the benefits of a frontline beach location and is walkable to many shops and services.

What makes this apartment unique

The spacious apartment has two balconies and benefits from sun and sea views all day with the added bonus of air conditioning and blackout curtains on the windows as well as blinds. It is a well equipped apartment which can make food preparation easy. However it has an onsite restaurant/bar or many other restaurants within walking distance so you have the choice.

We had a beautiful holiday in your apartment in Ravda. Everything was as I had expected. The apartment was very clean and cosy. The weather was a little bit changeable: a sunny week was followed by a rainy one. But it was a good respite from the hot and time to visit Nessebar, Pomorie and Burgas. Marianna helped us in everything and was really our first port of call. Thank you very much for your service. Riviera Fort and Ravda are created to spend holidays for families with small children.

The location of this property is superb in that it is a moments walk to the beach and few minutes walk to the shops. The onsite facilities include children's play area, tennis court/football pitch, restaurant/bar, communal pool with life guard in peak season, children's pool and jacuzzi, sunbeds (small hire charge to onsite management). The local town of Ravda ( a few minutes walk) has all you would expect of a small town and includes plenty of bars and restaurant to choose from, market for fresh produce, shops, taxis and local buses.

Just situated on the outskirts of Ravda with all it's shops, bars and restaurants (5 min walk). Nessebar is walkable or alternatively can be accessed by bus or taxi. It is a world heritage site and is well worth a visit. Cobbled streets, ancients ruins and wooden houses combined with restaurants, craft sellers make for a different day out. For those looking for a more lively time Sunny Beach is easily accessible.

Choice of beaches and places to go in local area from water parks to heritage sites or plenty of restaurants to eat out.

Bourgas airport is only about 20 minutes away making transfers easy, Car hire is available from Bourgas airport.

At booking we require a completed booking form and request a £100 deposit to secure the booking. This is non refundable in the event of cancellation. The balance of the rental is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.

Maid service is provided weekly and towels and linen are also changed weekly. If more are required please enquire at the site office and can be arranged for a small fee. Laundry can also be arranged.

Sunloungers around the pool can be hired for a small fee payable locally as can the tennis court.

Changeover day is flexible. There may also be flexibility with departure times depending upon other guest arrival times. Usual times are departure at 11 am and occupancy not before 3pm.
There is a small charge for key card (to access the site) this is a refundable deposit and is arranged at the onsite office

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
