So glad you have found us, the heated pool is shared with my husband and I who live downstairs, we are an all gay male household, the pool is clothing optional, (semi-private) the hot tub is more private.
We are walkable to the nightlife in Wilton manors. We are also on a canal so you can kayak right from the house. The apartment upstairs that you are renting, is very nice with all the amenities that you will need for your stay. The apartment has a very nice eat in kitchen with dishwasher, stove and microwave, and nice living space.
For day-time beach time we are just 10 minute drive to the beach.
Comfortable surroundings, lots of amenities, new LG Smart TV with Netflix, Fast Broadband WiFi, Beach umbrella's, coolers, chairs available to take for your day adventure to the beach.
When you return, enjoy a relaxing cocktail by the heated pool or a soak in the hot tub before heading our of the evening for dinner and cocktails.
Great location with lots of parking, very private yard with clothing optional hot tub, sparkling heated pool and water view onto the canal. The hot tub and pool are shared with the owners that live downstairs.

Close to all the gay bars and restaurants in Wilton Manors, or enjoy an evening at home by the pool, or grilling some dinner and then a nice soak in the hot tub in the very private tropical yard.
We are close to all the many places to visit nightly, but have a quiet oasis where you can relax and charge your batteries.

Rod and Scott moved to the Fort Lauderdale are about three years ago after falling in love with the weather, ocean and relaxed lifestyle.

We searched for a long time for a home in or close to Wilton Manors, private yard, and great views and landscaping.
Very private yard with clothing optional hot tub, beautiful pool, with views of the canal, multiple outside dining areas, with grill and great entertaining space. Walkable to all the Gay Night-life in Wilton Manors and a private retreat during the day.
This is a very nicely appointed spacious apartment. Scott, the owner, has gone above and beyond by including many amenities that we have not seen in other places we have rented. He is also very responsive and easy to deal with.
The bedroom and the living room are very modern but comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (pots, pans dishes, etc.) You even have a cocktail shaker to make martinis and sip them by the beautiful pool area. The heated pool has the perfect temperature and was always kept very clean.
If you have an opportunity to rent this unit for your vacation, do not hesitate. You will enjoy all aspects of this wonderful home! We look forward to returning sometime in the near future!
This was our second stay with Scott and Rod, but this time in the Garden View unit. The unit is clean, roomy and very well appointed. The pool, the grounds, and the atmosphere are superb. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations and more gracious hosts. The whole compound is like a private & tranquil high-end luxury resort. And Scott & Rod were indeed gracious, unobtrusive, and friendly hosts. MRL is certainly a place I would highly recommend to anyone who wishes some private, yet friendly, luxurious surroundings.
My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay in Scott's place. Scott made sure that we had everything we needed. We stayed in the larger apartment upstairs and it was truly a home away from home. The pool, the hot tub, the grill...it was all amazing. We never really had to leave the house and still felt we were on vacation. A couple times in the evening Scott, Sean, and even the guest in the other apartment came out to chat. He made us feel really at home. The location is amazing and it's close to quite a few restaurants and bars. I can honestly say this home was amazing and we will definitely be staying with Scott again.
Spending the winter in Scott's apartment was a wonderful experience. He & his partner Rod were great hosts, friendly & very accommodating to our needs. The apartment itself was attractively appointed and well supplied. We could be as private as we wished or could interact with our hosts & other guests as we chose. By the end we had become good friends with Scott & Rod & some of the guests in the other unit. The apartment is only a short walk from Wilton Drive with its many restaurants & entertainments, & it's an easy drive to Ft. Lauderdale beach. This is a great unit & worthy of another stay.
I just returned from a four night stay and the building and grounds are beautiful. It was unfortunate that the weather did not cooperate but the pool view guest suite was immaculate and everything you need for an enjoyable stay is provided. The location can't be beat and I plan on returning in the future! Thank you Scott for your wonderful hospitality.
We had an amazing time at this perfect oasis. Well appointed unit with great furnishings with an amazing pool, PLUS a great location to Wilton Manors, walk to everything on the Drive. Scott and Rod were extremely gracious and wanted to ensure we had an amazing trip.
