The Reserve at Demere is conveniently located and offers 1740 sq. ft. of comfortable living in this new 3 bedroom town home. You will find all the comforts of home in this unit. There is a pool on site as well as a relaxing back patio facing the lake. Bike and walking paths provide easy access to the beach, the village, restaurants, golf, tennis, shopping, or just strolling. A one-car garage is ideal for housing bikes/golf cart (available for rent nearby) and storage for your beach gear. A water hose is available for de-sanding after a day at the beach.

Inside the unit you won't be disappointed. With 9' ceilings and crown-molding, an eclectic mixture of coastal, cottage and kid friendly decor provides the perfect vibe to unwind, de-stress and relax! You will find hardwood floors and a powder room downstairs. The kitchen is well-equipped featuring granite counter tops, stainless appliances, toaster oven, can opener, toaster and a 12 cup coffee maker (and a Keurig). There is seating for 6 at the dining table and 3 at the bar. A 46" SMART TV, DVD player and a host of games and DVDs for kids and adults alike are housed in the living room. It is equipped with AT&T U-verse, and Netflix/Hulu/Pandora with your own accounts.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms including a large master (TV/DVD) and a large en-suite with double vanities, a separate shower, a soaking tub and a water closet. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located in the hall next to the laundry room which has a new high efficiency top load washer and large capacity dryer plus an iron and ironing board. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 twin beds complete the 2nd floor. Enjoy ceiling fans in every bedroom and the den. The entire unit is WIFI enabled. Toiletries and linens are provided. In the upstairs hall is a bookshelf with a variety of books for your pleasure.

I currently split time between my new island home, Atlanta and travelling for work. I hope you will love St. Simons Island as much as I do. I PREFER SHORTER RENTALS (2-4 NIGHTS) AS I AM ON THE ISLAND EVERY WEEK.

LOCATION! St. Simons is a community as well as a vacation destination. Renters in this home will be conveniently located to all the island has to offer. This complex is in walking distance of the Anytime Fitness, CVS pharmacy, Winn Dixie, Starbucks, Fox's Pizza, a gas station, Waffle House, Chic fil A, Larry's Subs, Southern Soul BB (a must), and numerous island shops. A bike ride from the village, beach, golf, and the village water park. Located near the entrance to the island you have easy access to the marinas and the causeway to visit Jekyll Island or Brunswick. THIS HOUSE IS APPROXIMATELY 2 MILES FROM THE BEACH. There are many public beach access points with ample parking.

Spacious Accommodations With Easy Access

Visiting the area on business with several other colleagues, we needed accommodations that provided easy access to the mainland, as well as to the island's amenities. The Reserve at Demere was perfect. This unit is spacious and well-appointed and the owner was easy to contact. Communication was easy and the need for a last-minute early check-in for handled with ease.

Great townhouse. Very clean and ready for guests. Good location close to many restaurants and close enough for a 5 minute drive to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

This condo was a great place for my kids and I for our vacation! We enjoyed the patio every morning and evening. The condo has everything and plenty of room. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay here and the time we spent on Saint Simons Island!

Wonderful town home with pond view

We have stayed at this property twice already and love it! It is very clean, decorated beautifully, awesome kitchen, cute little patio that overlooks a pond with a fountain, very nice place! It is nice to sit outside and listen to the water and look for turtles in the pond - very relaxing. Great location on the island. Would definitely recommend to others and we will hopefully be staying there again later this year!

A great place for mommy's to get away!

My three good friends and I got to get away from our kids and husbands for a long weekend. This place was just perfect for us! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you'd need. We loved having the use of a crockpot. The porch was one of our favorite places to hang out. What a pretty view of the lake and water fountain!
