These beautiful studio apartment is located on the second floor of a 3 story high heritage building. The building has a total of 6 apartments and a fare size convenience store is conveniently located on the ground floor of the building for all of your needs from fruits and vegetables to meat and other groceries, open every day even holidays from 8 am to 10 pm local time.

Me and my husband live in one of the units in the building and it is our pleasure to help you enjoy your stay in Ottawa and to make the most out of your time.

This beautiful studio apartment is suitable for 2 adults with a queen size bed and a flat screen TV .

Wireless internet is available anywhere in the building including the balcony.

Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a delicious meal for your family and friends. All pots and pans, small appliances, dishes and utensils are included.

The eat-in kitchen seats up to 4 for a formal dinner.

The bathroom has a full bathtub. Fresh towels and soaps are provided.

On site coin operating, washer/dryer, iron/ ironing board make it easy to do laundry while you're in town. A few dry cleaning stores are also located nearby on ST. Patrick Street and Dalhousie Street should you require their services.

Building has a shared balcony with a bbq.

1 parking spot is included in the rental.

Clean, convenient and comfortable

We stayed in this apartment for four days in July, 2018, while visiting Ottawa for Canada Day.

The owner was wonderful and responded to any questions we had very quickly.

The apartment is located a few short blocks from Byward Market which has many pubs, restaurants and shops. It is also not far from Parliament Hill and many of Ottawa's attractions.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely equipped and comfortable. The outdoor patio was very enjoyable for morning coffee.

Clean, quiet, close to everything.

The unit was very clean, a close walk to the parliament, parks, byward market, great coffee places and bakeries as well as restaurants. Kitchen was sufficient as well, and the AC was great.

It was a central retreat for seeing Ottawa.

The unit was basic but clean and convenient for 2 people. The appliances all functioned and when the weather got warm the owner brought us a fan. The street noise was a little high some weekend nights. Our damage deposit was returned promptly. Given that the Byward Market with all its fresh produce was nearby, a salad spinner would have been an asset.

Comfortable and Refreshing

We stayed for 5 nights and had pleasant stay, everything was in walk able distance. It's a Studio apartment very cozy, had all the things needed. Arsh and Mojgan were kind and their response was prompt ..Enjoyed the stay. Would do it again if we go to Ottawa.

Well located, accommodating owner

This was well located, easy walk to most of the attractions and walkable even as far as the War Museum and History Museum. Lots of great places to eat in Byward Market a very short distance away. This place is in a residential area on the edge of the Byward Market so quiet, however, if you are a single woman staying here, keep this in mind if walking later at night, if more than one person, no issues. The owner was great, accommodating early arrivals/departures, providing parking for rental car and adapting to my changing situation, which I much appreciated. The bed/pillows were comfortable and the AC window unit was welcome. The place was nicely outfitted, except I would have liked a comfy armchair or two for sitting/relaxing, only the bed and dining chairs for this but since didn't spend alot of time in the room it wasn't a big deal. Great corner store/deli on main floor of building. No elevator so if you have mobility issues the stairs/carrying luggage my be an issue, but I didn't talk to the owners, they may be able to assist if you do. Overall good studio apartment well located and comfortable/clean.
